iTunes Podcasting

Tutorial

Step 1: Visit www.franklinvillefbc.org

Step 2: Click the “Podcasting” button on the homepage

Step 3a: If you already have iTunes on your computer, click “View in iTunes”

Step 3b: If you do not have iTunes, you will have to install it from the link at the bottom of this page; once you have finished installing iTunes, return to this page and continue the process

Step 4: If you are using Internet Explorer, you will see messages similar to these; click “Allow” on both

Step 5: iTunes will open to this screen; click “Subscribe”

Step 6: When you see this message, click “Subscribe” again

Step 7: Click “Library”

Step 8: In this pull-down menu, find and click on “Podcasts”

Step 9: You should now see the FBC podcast in your subscriptions

Step 10: Click “Settings”

Step 11: Set your preferences, then click “Defaults…”

Steps 12 & 13: Set your preferences, click “OK”, then click “Done”

Step 14: Relax! iTunes will now automatically update every time a new podcast is posted. When you open iTunes, you will find your podcasts in the pull-down menu, then by clicking “My Podcasts”. You can then choose which service to listen to in the main screen below. Enjoy!
