For the last four years she was Head of Training for the largest european player operating in the field of financial distressed assests, where she made significant impact in developing Training and Talent Management policies, Employee Evaluation.Irina graduated Faculty of Letters of A.I.Cuza University from Iassy, further pursueing her education the field of psychology. Her educational portfolio was completed by a wide range of certifications in Training, Personality Assessment tools, NLP, Leadership, Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.John is the founder and promoter of Tryact HRD vision, both in Holland, and Romania. Alina started her journey in training in 1998. She also holds a Professional Competencies Evaluator accreditation (2011), an international Life Style Inventory License (2005) from Human Synergistic and an international LIFO license (2006) from Consilium Romania. She developed programs mainly in Customer Care, Organizational Communication and Management area, and has worked with a large range of participants, from Romania and abroad. Among her clients were Ford Romania (Romcar), Eximbank, Unicredit Tiriac Bank, OBI, JW Marriott, A&D Pharma, GDF Suez. Alina set-up and run two departments of HR, one in a start-up consumer finance company, in Bucharest, Romania, and one in the largest community center for the poor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  

For first 7 years of his carrier, Iulian served on various positions in sales, starting from Sales Agent to Regional Sales Manager for companies such as: Interbrands Nestle, Overseas, Aquila, First Logistics and Distribution, Delta Design. Iulian is certified as Professional Trainer since 2004, Certified Trainer with LIFO Romania since 2005, he became ARONLP Certified Trainer in 2006. For the last 11 years as well he worked as a Trainer Freelancer with prestigious consultancy companies in Romania, training manager for WNS Global Services or Field HRBP’s Coordinator with Kruk Romania. As a full HR professional Iulian is certified for recruitment with MAB II and California Psychological Inventory – the inventory having highest degree prediction rate in psychometrics.

As for the organizational interventions, she believes in “dotting the i’s”, in the proper identification of the problem, in the right, comprehensive, integrated approaches. She has developed and implemented professional development programs for private companies(Totem Communication, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Wu Xing, CODECS), NGO’s and public institutions. She deployed programs for Personal development, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Leadership,Management, Sales & Negotiations, Assertive Communication Techniques, Team building, Conflict Management, Change Management.

Ovidiu has developed and delivered training programs for participants coming from different fields of activity and with different roles. Raul is working as Senior T&D Specialist at the biggest cash & carry player on the retail market, having mixed responsibilities, from training development and delivery to project management and consultancy for all the departments. . He is also coordinating the leadership development program for 2015, for all management levels. Raul has a strong corporate sales background, working over 4 years in real estate and financial services. He worked closely with important companies such as Halcrow Romania (urban development), Himalaya Company (medical), The Body Shop (cosmetics), Credit Europe Bank (banking), Dental Med (medical) and many more, providing high quality sales and consultancy services. Besides being a certified Trainer, Raul is also an international Certified Prince 2 Practitioner.

Andra graduated Journalism and Communication Science, from the University of Bucharest and she followed “Train the Trainers” program, from the Faculty of Psicology and Science of Education, from the same university. Andra activates in multinational companies since 2008, offering her services of training, consultancy and coaching for companies such as: Cosmote Romania, Romtelecom, Zapp, Kruk Romania.Her experience in the organizational environment helps her for all trainings developed under her guidance be one in which the customer objectives are being obtained.
