Thanks to the mouldability of the gypsumboard, Danoline is able to offer a comprehensive range of perfo-
ration patterns within the 4 main types of perforation: Globe, Quadril, micro and Tangent.
in addition to the acoustic regulation, the different perforation types offer specific design values. Thus,
Globe represents organic, soft design, whereas Quadril stands for geometric design expressing distances.
micro has the clean, grid-like look, while Tangent provides the technical, directional design.

EnvironmEntal policyDanoline is an environmentally responsible company with regards to both the internal and the external environment. Based on the life cycle approach, we wish to contribute to ensu-ring sustainable development in the long term. We therefore work continuously on impro-ving the environmental conditions and to prevent pollution by:using environmentally responsible raw materials in the manufacturing of our products• using packaging that can be recycled or utilised• optimising the consumption of energy, raw materials and packaging• reducing the waste• utilising the waste
Danoline is committed to reducing waste and energy consumption. Therefore, investments are made each year in energy and waste efficiency.

Under normal conditions, gypsum is an imperishable, non-decomposable building material. Building materials made from gypsum therefore last the lifetime of the buil-ding itself.
Gypsum as material Gypsum is a product of nature: Being deposited naturally in seawater basins over millions of years, today gypsum is found in thick strata from which it is excavated. Crystalline water accounts for 25 % of the weight of a gypsumboard. When heated, the gypsumboard relea-ses the water so it could be described as a ”natural sprinkler” in a building.
Gyspum is also a natural humidity regulator, releasing moisture when the humidity level in a room falls and absorbing it when the level of humidity increases. Gypsum is a flexible material opening endless design possibilities during manufacture and on- site. furthermore, it is an environmentally responsible material that has a long life cycle and can be recycled even after several decades in use.
Gypsum sourcesThe gypsum used for manufacturing of Danoline acoustic ceilings and walls comes from 4 sources: • naturally occurring gypsum;• gypsum produced from by-products from industry; • pre-consumer recycled gypsum; and• post-consumer recycled gypsum
Sustainability of Danoline productsDanoline products have a minimum lifetime of 50 years. Danoline acoustic ceilings and walls can be repainted over and over again without alteration of their acoustical or indoor climate properties. Used Danoline products can be recycled and converted to new gypsum-boards.

propErtiEsDanoline solutions provide a healthy environment in which people can feel comfortable and at ease.
Acoustics Danoline perforated ceilings and walls ensure a comfortable acoustic climate by absorb-ing the sound waves throughout the frequency range. The different perforation designs and construction possibilities make it possible to construct just the right acoustic solution.
Air quality Gypsum board hardening is not based on the addition of reactive materials in the form of volatile liquids and suchlike. Therefore, the use of gypsum products does not cause health nuisances during construction or in-service. Danoline is registered with the voluntary Danish indoor Climate labelling scheme (Dim - Dansk indeklima mærkning”), dealing with construction materials in the service phase. The declaration covers degassing based on time value in days and particle emission based on the release of particles determined from sedimentable dust.
Declarations for untreated and finished products: • Degassing - 10 days • Particle emission - loW
light spreading The paint on Danoline products has a low gloss value ensuring a good light spreading in the room. At the same time, the white tint softens the incident light and reflects into the room.
fire fire protection is ensured by compliance with the most strict fire standards:
material classification: A2 - s1, d0 and B - s1, d0
no burning droplets
minimum amount of smoke development
non-flammable material
Strength Gypsumboards are composed of a gypsum core sandwiched between two layers of cardboard. The gypsum core consists of gypsum crystals. The hardness of the gypsum core together with the flexibility of the cardboard create highly durable products that also comply with the most strict european Standard (en 13964) testing for stability of ceilings, strength of the ceiling tiles and load-bearing capacity.
Hygiene Danoline ceiling and wall products are exceptionally easy to maintain. They can withstand normal cleaning practice and neutral cleaning solutions. Dust can be removed with a dry duster or vacuum cleaner. Dirty surfaces can be wiped off with a damp cloth, using a mild detergent if necessary.
