1. Course Objectives

To gain throughout understanding on how to use Primavera P6 software to perform project

plan creation, revised, update and tracking；

Use typical capital project to introduce how P6 to be used in project control, with emphasis

on scheduling resource management and tracking functions.

4. Prerequisites and Test

Maximum with 10 persons per classroom, training assistant will be required if more person

attending the training;

Trainee is expected to bring laptop and with P6 to be installed, otherwise extra half day may

be required for installation of training software;

Training room and projector will be provided by client if training is to be taken at client

facility;

In the end of third day, a test will be held before the award of training certificate.
