KPMG recently held a Webcast entitled,

“Evolution of IT: The IT Workforce of the Future”

The Webcast featured a discussion with IT executives

who shared their insights on how to develop a

proactive workforce strategy in order to attract and

retain top talent. Throughout the program, more than

600 IT and business leaders were polled on their

views.

These are the results of that poll.
