Day 1We visit Coole Park Literary Visitor Centre in Gort before a visit to Brigits Celtic Gardens, where the tradition of making Celtic crosses continues. Later, continue to Connemara and the lovely town of Clifden.

Day 2Today we cruise along Killary Harbour, Ireland’s only fjord. In the afternoon, we will be visiting Kylemore Abbey and the magnificent walled Victorian Gardens. Overnight in Clifden.

Day 3Today we explore the Island of Saints & Scholars, Inis Mór, steeped in Irish traditions and culture. In the evening return by ferry to Doolin and overnight in Ennistymon.

Day 1On the first day we will travel to the Battle of the Boyne Centre, and learn the history of where father and son waged war against each other in the 11th century. We will also visit the nearby Old Mellifont Abbey.

Day 2Start the day with a visit to the Hill of Tara, the ancient seat of the High Kings of Ireland. Later we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Brú na Boinne, visiting Newgrange chamber and Knowth.

Day 3This morning after breakfast we will travel in to Dublin and take a tour at Glasnevin Cemetery before a visit to the Rock of Cashel along the return journey home.

This tour will be based around London and will cover all the major highlights of the city, including London Tower, the Changing of the Guard at Bucking-ham Palace and a visit to the Natural History Museum. Day 1Start the tour with an early morning ferry sailing from Rosslare to the Bristol area, where we will be staying for the first night.

Day 2After breakfast board the coach and today we will be taking a tour in Oxford, the City of Dreaming Spires, full of magnificent cathedrals, churches and of course the renowned university. Later in the day we travel on to our hotel on the outskirts of London.

Day 3An early start this morning as we visit the Saatchi Gallery to view the Tutankhamun and the Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh Exhibition. The collection includes over 150 original artefacts on their final world tour before they return to Egypt permanently. In the afternoon take a visit to the British Natural History Museum.

Day 1Board your luxury coach and travel via Belfast to Scotland.

Day 2As we travel along the western coastline, today we will visit Culzean Country Park, a glorious 260-hectare estate perched on the Ayreshire cliffside. The grounds cover the Castle, the gardens, the beach coves and woodlands and country park. In the afternoon we will be taking a tour at the Robert Burns Museum, the humble cottage where Scottish poet Robert Burns was born and spent the first years of his life.

Day 3We venture north into the heart of the highlands, with a drive through Scotland’s most beautiful glens and a visit to the town of Fort William, located at the foothills of Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain. Later we travel further into the highlands to the town of Fort Augustus and take a cruise on Loch Ness – keep an eye out for Nessie the monster!

Day 4Today we travel to Inveraray Castle, a country home in western Scotland on the shores of Loch Fyne. Seat of the Duke of Argyll, it featured on the TV series Downton Abbey. Day 1Board your luxury coach and start your journey to Devon, nicknamed The English Riviera. We travel by ferry to the UK and overnight near Bristol.

Day 2This morning we begin with a visit to the stately home of Arlington Court, a family home for over 500 years and an unexpected jewel on the edge of Exmoor. In the afternoon, we will arrive to the south coast harbour town of Torquay, where we will be staying for the next three nights.

Day 3Today we take a tour of Torquay, a vibrant seaside town with a marina, museums, caves, cliffs, galleries and gardens. It is also the home of the famous 19th century novelist Agatha Christie. In the afternoon we will visit nearby Powderham Castle, a 600-year old fortified manor house and home of the Earl & Countess of Devon.

Day 4After a drive to nearby Cornwall, today the group will visit the Eden Project, the largest indoor rainforest in the world. With it’s stunning garden displays, world-class sculpture and art, cutting-edge architecture and steamy jungles and waterfalls, it’s easy to see why the Eden Project has earned the nickname of the Eighth Wonder of the World.

Day 5Depart Torquay and enjoy a journey through the scenic Exmoor National Park to the twin towns of Lynmouth and Lynton. These two villages on the coast, one above the other, were known by the Victorians as Little Switzerland. Lynton is an attractive little village and 600 feet below is the small harbour town of Lynmouth. The two villages are linked by a famous cliff railway. In the afternoon we return to the Bristol area.

Day 4This morning our next visit will be to Warwick Castle, rated amongst the top attractions in the Cotswolds. Experience over 1,100 years of history, magic and myth at this fortress that rises from the banks of the River Avon. The Castle has been preserved, with state rooms, towers and dungeons all to be explored. This afternoon we will visit Bourton-on-the-Water, regularly voted as one of the prettiest villages in England and known as the Venice of the Cotswolds.

Day 2Today we visit the medieval town of Bayeux on route to our hotel in Dinan where we will be based for the next 3 nights. Bayeux is famous for its links with the Battle of Hastings invasion of 1066, which is retold in the Bayeux Tapestry, a UNESCO Memory of the World.

Day 3 In the morning take a drive to the renowned Josselin Chateaux, a fairytale castle filled with antique memorabilia as well as formal gardens and doll museum. In the afternoon enjoy time to explore the idyllic ancient centre of Dinan at leisure.

Day 4Today we travel to nearby St Malo to hop on board the boat to Jersey Island. Day 4Enjoy a morning visit to Monet Gardens, where Claude Monet lived and painted most of his works. The property is kept in pristine condition, especially the gardens and inside the house, rooms have been restored to their 19th century condition, just as they were in Monet’s time. Later that afternoon, continue your journey to Paris where you will stay for the next two nights.

Day 5Begin your visit to Paris with a guided tour of the city, taking in some of the city’s most famous landmarks, such as the Champs Elysees, Louvre Museum, Jardin des Tuileries, Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. Enjoy some free time in the city in the afternoon before an early dinner at your hotel. In the evening visit the Eiffel Tower.

Day 6In the morning, visit the spectacular Palace of Versailles on the outskirts of Paris. The Palace, built by order of Louis XIV, includes the Hall of Mirrors, the King’s Apartments, the Chapel and the Palace Gardens, and has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage List for over 30 years. Later that afternoon the coach will return to Rouen for an overnight stay.

Day 7In the morning we depart Rouen and on the return drive we will visit one of the historic Normandy beaches. In the afternoon board your overnight ferry for the return sailing to Ireland.

Day 8Arrive back in Ireland and begin the final leg of your return journey.

Day 1Load your coach and make your way to Cork for your overnight sailing to Roscoff. Enjoy an evening meal on board the ferry where you will have a cabin for your crossing.

Day 2Arrive into Roscoff early and begin with a visit to the idyllic ancient centre of Dinan, one of the most beautiful and best-preserved towns in the Brittany region. In the afternoon, continue to the lovely city of Niort where you are staying for your first night in France.

Day 3 Today we travel to the Bordeaux region for a vineyard tour before arriving in the town of Lourdes, where we will be staying for the next three nights. After dinner, passengers have the option of taking part in the nightly torchlight procession.

Day 4Enjoy a day at leisure in Lourdes, starting with morning mass and free time to explore in the town and at the Grotto of Massabielle. Other highlights include a 1.5km walk following the Stations of the Cross and the Town Trail following the life of Bernadette. In the afternoon we will take the short cable car ride to the summit of Pic du Jer, a viewing point overlooking Lourdes and the surrounding Pyrenees Mountains.

Day 5This morning we will take a short drive to Bartrès, a little village where Bernadette was raised, and we will also explore the beautiful Lourdes Lake. The afternoon will be free to visit the highlights of Lourdes. After our evening meal at the hotel we will take part in the nightly torchlight procession.

Day 6This morning we will depart Lourdes after the morning mass and travel on to the city of Niort for our overnight stay.

Day 7On the return journey we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mont St Michel, a Benedictine abbey on an island off the northern French coast. After the visit we return to Roscoff for our overnight sailing to Ireland.

Day 8We arrive back in Ireland in the morning and return home after the trip of a lifetime!
