- LTV is an spin off of Fundacin Gente Nueva,
- FGN is a 20 years old NGO whose main field of action is the
education of poor people. Now FGN has ten schools, from
kindergarten thru high school, including technical ones, for
children and adults. Enrollment in 2006 is over 1,800 .

5. Management team Gustavo Genusso Born in 1960, Gustavo got in
1986 his M Sc in Nuclear Engineering at Instituto Balseiro and
worked there as a professor and in development technology of low
power nuclear reactors at the Bariloche Atomic Center for fifteen
years. He beganworking as a volunteer in poor communities in 1982,
when the group became Fundacion Gente Nueva en 1989, he was one of
the leaders of the new organization. In 2001 he was elected an
Ashoka Fellow, and left his scientific career to work full time
with FGN, being since this date the CEO.Gustavo is an active
partner in manyCivil Society Organizations, and a counsel for local
and national government and for international organizations. In
2005 he received the UBS award to the social entrepreneur. Gustavo
is father of three girls, two of them university students. 6.
Management team Roberto Escard Born in 1939, Robertograduate as an
Industrial Engineer in 1964 at the Buenos Aires University He has
graduate studies in both Science and Technology Policy and in
Science Communication.He taught Applied Statistics and Operations
Management for 25 years at the University and was an specialistin
manpower training. Roberto worked as a management consultant, then
as Industrial Engineering Manager in a big public utility and quit
in 1985 to begin his own company in computers network
infrastructure. He sold his participation in the company in 2001 to
work as a consultant in project management and nowis the Director
of the Society of Industrial Engineers Entrepreneurship Center.
Robertohas been involved in social work since he was 15 years old:
The application of technology for human development is his main
interest from both from the theoretical and practical
aspects.Roberto is married after 40 years, has three grown up
children and five grandchildren. 7.

pumping elements of aropepump are pistons and a endless rope, which
