With our unique Navigator service, Essque Residences off ers a bespoke travel experience to our discerning guests. Our entire focus is upon the guest experience - from start to fi nish, each guest is assigned a personal navigator to guide them through the booking process and assist with additional concierge-style services such as air charter, transfers, car rental, property provisioning, tours & activities, private catering and health & wellness.

Our “Welcome to the Neighbourhood” documentation inspires discovery and contains insider tips on where to shop and where to eat. The Local Navigator is on-hand during the guests stay to assist with any on-site services, requests, maintenance and guidance.

With each villa or apartment personally hand-picked and inspected by ourselves, our guests have the peace-of-mind that our exacting standards will have been met. No disappointments and no surprises.

With a plethora of villa and apartment rental booking sites out there, we know how important it is to ensure the quality of our Residences and the completeness of our guest service. Our guests come from all walks of life - from families to movie stars and our Navigators are adept at fi nding the best solution to their specifi c requirements.

Our motto is simple. If we wouldn’t stay in a Residence, we won’t allow our guests to. It is this committment to quality that sets us apart.

We welcome submissions of Luxury Villa’s and Apartments from Owner’s. While we cannot boast that we have 2 000 villa’s listed, we see this as a good thing. We work closely with our owners to promote our select collection of Residences. Owner’s who are as exacting as we are and Owner’s who subscribe to our philosophy. We would rather focus on quality than quantity. A fact that our guests respect.

1. Online & Management We operate a sophisticated online booking engine providing live, real-time reservations with online credit card payments - vital in today’s fast paced world. With large images, detailed descriptions & reviews, our system allows for targeted yield management, special off ers and direct third party booking links.

2. Owner Management Through our Owners Circle Extranet, you can log-in at any time and view booking reports, maintenance activity, revenue statements and block your property off for personal use in our system.

3. Navigator Concierge Our dynamic website is backed up by full service offi ces providing our guests with a complete bespoke travel planning service.

4. Travel Trade Marketing We work extensively with global travel agents and tour operators and manage all commission and incentive payments

5. Online Marketing In addition to our own, highly optimized website, we work extensively with third party sites, managing your listings as well as providing live XML booking links to partners such as TripAdvisor and Flipkey. We embrace Social Media such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter.

6. Property Management We oversee your entire property management function, either working with your existing service provider or locally appointed, preferred partners.

Getting Started | How do we do it?We follow a simple system of evaluation.

Step 1: Off -Site Evaluation Simply email [email protected] with a short description of your Residence, Location and a minimum of 5 images for a non-obligation, no charge evaluation.

Step 2: Should your Residence be shortlisted, your Key Account Manager will contact you to set up a site inspection. You will be billed, in advance, an Activation Charge to cover our inspection charges. This inspection is in line with our motto and protects you, us and our guests. If your application is successful, you will receive a full account credit for this Activation Charge which will be deducted from the fee’s due to ourselves.

Step 3: Upon successful activation, we will load your Residence and provide you with your Owner’s Circle Extranet log in details. We do not charge any fi xed fees for our service. We work purely on a results driven commission basis.

Worldwide Exposure | Partner with one of the world’s leading Hotel GroupsWe are pleased to off er our Owner’s Circle Members a unique membership option through our strategic alliance with Preferred Hotels & Resorts. (Additional charges apply).

We off er two, optional membership structures which could see your Residence becoming part of this leading chain of over 800 hotels in 70 countries. Through Essque Residences, you can now apply to list your Luxury Villa or Apartment as part of the Preferred Hotel Group.
