THJ 140/200

The THJ 140 and THJ 200 are portable welding transformers designed for the light industrial AC welding of coated electrodes for low-carbon and low-alloy steel up to 3.25 mm and 4 mm.The welding transformers are ideal for repair and maintenance and light industrial work.The simple design with few components and movable core-cur-rent regulation guarantees reliability with a minimum of mainte-nance. A thermal switch provides protection from overload damage.The THJ 140 has a lifting handle, whereas the THJ 200 has wheels and a handle to simplify transport. The THJ 200 is also equipped with a 230 V outlet for tools on its front panel.

KHM 190 YS

This unit has the same performance as the KHM 190 HS, but it has a diesel engine.A diesel engine is sometimes preferred as it has a much higher flashpoint than petrol and is thereby much safer in terms of com-bustibility. Diesel can also be stored a couple of years and still be usable.Diesel engines consume less fuel, at a lower cost for the same power. Diesel engines are also known to have a longer service life. One disadvantage is the higher weight!The KHM 190 YS has a Yanmar diesel engine with battery and electrical start. The Caddy Tig 150 is a lightweight TIG/MMA unit. It weighs only 5.5 kg, making it easy to take to places which are difficult to reach.The touch start feature means that you start at a minimum cur-rent, 13 A, and automatically increases to the pre-set current. Starts are smooth and there is less risk of tungsten enclosures. Use with an ESAB TIG torch with gas valve.

Heliarc 252/352 AC/DC

The Heliarc 252 and 352 are constant-current AC/DC welding power sources for high-quality TIG and stick welding. They are suitable for welding a variety of metals from stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and other exotic metals. Square-wave AC out-put produces superior welding with improved cleaning and lack of rectification. The AC wave balance control allows adjustment from maximum cleaning to maximum penetration. The LAW 420 and 520 MIG/MAG power sources belong to the A10 range. These welding machines are designed for heavy use, in- and outdoors. They are equipped with large wheels, sturdy lifting eyelets and the carriage is specially designed to be lifted with a fork-lift truck. PCM-150 Plasmarc™

This heavy-duty, gas-cooled plasma cutting and gouging system provides the perfect solution for production cutting and plasma gouging. The PCM-150 can manually cut up to 50 mm using an Ar/H

mixture and 38 mm using compressed air. Inexpensive gas options for lower operating costs – the PT-25 torch cuts with nitrogen or argon-hydrogen mixtures; choice of carbon dioxide, air, nitrogen or oxygen for torch cooling. Inert gas plasma cutting option produces quality cuts on aluminium and stainless steel.
