PURPOSE

This instruction describes the

control measures required for

electronic design information,

design documents, and project

records at a project constructionsite.

SCOPE

This instruction is applicable to allconstruction projects under the

administrative control of Al Toukhi

Construction Operations

Project Field Engineer (PFE)

The !# is responsible to develop and implement a

document control procedure for the construction phase of

the project.

The project specific procedure developed for constructiondocument control activities on a project should be

appropriate for the t$pe of project being constructed.

InfoWorks is the primar$ application used for the

management of electronic project documents at constructionsites. To implement the use of InfoWorks, the follo%ing

elements must be included in the project document control

procedure to control electronic design information and

databases:

document control procedure, a generic construction

document control procedure is included in the TITWeb.

The Construction Automation !lan for the project must
