CONTROL ENGINEERINGAutomatic Clothes Dryer system

Page 2: Control Engineering

INTRODUCTION

we need to analysis using Matlab. As we know

the objective of this project we need to used Matlab to make analysis using Root Locus or Bode or Nyquist.

we need to find signal input, selection of controller and analyse system performance.

This system contain a spring, a damper and a move car with a mass.

OBJECTIVE

The aim of this project is to learn in detail about how the Automatic Clothes dryer works, to understand the concepts involved and to fabricate a simple model to show the how the system works.

To study about automatic clothes dryer control system.

To analyze the closed-loop system design for the control system.

To formulate mathematical modeling for block diagram and actuator block in control system of the dryer.

To apply MATLAB in simulate the control system equation.

CONCLUSION

we have learn in deep analyze about automatic clothes dryer close-loop control system.

We also have be able to formulate the mathematical modeling for block diagram and actuator block in control system of the dryer.

We also be able to apply MATLAB in simulate the control system equation and increase our employability as a future engineer.

The application of these control system we are studying makes us further understand control engineering subject as a result. From the result we gain after the simulation,

we found that the PID controller is considered failed because the graph pattern that we got is not same with the graph earlier. It may happened because of the wrong installation of value during simulation.

in order to improve the efficiency of the controller, we need to test it repeatedly so that we will be more familiar with the pattern.
