Local business man set to launch innovative Mobile Marketing method for Estate Agents

Windermere local Richard Bell is planning to launch the ‘Quick-look Network’ in April, which aims to bring Estate Agent’s for-sale boards into the 21st century. The concept involves adding a short, easy to remember ‘quick-look’ link to each board which leads to a mobile website for that particular property, enabling house-hunters to have a ‘quick look’ and easily access information when out and about.

The individual sites themselves will be light-weight and fast loading; including up to date photos, property details and pricing, they will also feature social sharing options, tap to call / tap to email functionality, maps and more.

For those Agents who would rather use their existing mobile site there is still opportunity to be part of the network using a quick-look.com link which would re-direct to their mobile site.

And whilst the sites load quickly over 3G, the 4G network is just around the corner in this area and promises even faster connections and wider mobile reception due to the increased penetration of the 4G bandwidth frequency.

Richard said

‘Estate Agents boards today look no different to how they looked 20 years ago, whereas technology has moved on so much. This is about making the most of the boards in combination with the huge growth in smartphones and seems to be the logical step forward.

‘People want everything quickly nowadays, so the concept of a direct link to that specific property’s site rather than having to carry out a search on their device will lead to a lot more visits to the sites, and more leads for the Agents.

‘There will never be more than four digits following the main link which makes them easily memorable when passing in a car, for a passenger to check, or a QR code will be there to scan for people on foot.

‘Even at full price it’s surprisingly inexpensive for Estate Agents to become part of the quick-look network, but we wanted to offer this first to our local forward-thinking agents who can take advantage of heavily reduced launch prices before we move to expand nationwide.’

For more information about the quick-look network visit www.quick-look.com where you’ll find full details and examples, along with a free report on the ‘growth of mobile’ available to download.
