disciplinary actions and handle termination problems. We handle unemployment claims

management and hearings, and provide policy and procedures manuals. These manuals

include hiring and firing paperwork, written policies to cover harassment and drug free

workplace programs.

Payroll Processing - We provide you with check processing, printing and delivery. ELM

offers direct deposit, pre-tax and post-tax withholding for your employees. In addition,

we handle child support, garnishments, tax levies and cafeteria plans.

Payroll Tax Administration - ELM files your federal, state and local tax reports and

deposits. We file and pay FICA, FUTA, SUTA, 940 and 941 reports, as well as generate

and deliver W-2s.

Workers Compensation - ELM will shop and acquire WC insurance and handle claims

administration. We offer “pay as you go”, eliminating down payments and auditing. ELM

provides safety manuals and training if you choose, and assists in the coordination of

return to work programs. We provide assistance with OSHA compliance, prospective

employee background checks and drug testing.

Compliance Management - Our team assists our clients with employment law

compliance on federal, state and local levels.

Benefits & Fringe Benefits - We offer “benefits-assist” in the process of providing
