Check back often for news and helpful links: Changes From the State Congratulations to Kings Junior High Teacher Jennifer Bicknell on being recognized for Best Middle Level Practice by the Southwest Region of the Ohio Middle Level Association (OMLA)! “Her ability to go above and beyond in every- thing she does for our building and, subsequent- ly, our students is what helps set her apart,” KJH Principal Tim Spinner said. Each region of the OMLA recognizes individual educators or entire buildings for Best Middle Level Practice. These practices range from day-to-day instruction to innovative school-wide programs. Mrs. Bicknell was honored to receive this recognition. “I felt very appreciative, excited and honored to receive the Regional Award for Best Middle Level Practice from OMLA. It is a good feeling to be recognized for simply doing my job. I have always wanted to teach and can’t imagine a better community, staff, or student population to work with than at Kings Junior High,” Mrs. Bicknell said. “I am very fortunate to be supported by my team members; Vonda Fruh- wirth, John Karabinus, Jamie Toadvine, Mark Byrd, and Brooke Warner. As well as, supported by other staff members in our building and my principals, Mr. Spinner and Mr. Winebrenner.” To read more click here: www.kingslocal.net
