ABSRACT
This project examines the electrical service design for three bl drooms flat. The design is aimed
at providing a service based on the provision of the Institull of Electrical Engineering (lEE)
Regulations while adequate provision was made for flexibili y so as to enable any necessary
extension and alteration. The illumination required for each fa l ility within the building depends
on its use. Hence, the number of luminaires in each roon depends on its size. required.
maintenance factor and utilization factor. Socket outlet is posi l. oned to facilitate easy access by
the occupant of the building.
