Road pavers
Our Paver family consists of seven base machine types.
Within a weight range of 1 to 15 t, these pavers offer
paving widths from below 1 metre up to 6,5 metres.
You will find the right paver to meet even the most
demanding job requirements from footpaths, cycle tracksand rural roads over to parking lots, municipal, urban and
main roads as well as resurfacing work.
Asphalt mixing plants
Ammann is the only manufacturer of asphalt mixing
plants to develop and produce all the system components
( including controls, screens, dryers, burners, mixers and
filters ) in-house on the basis of an integrated concept.
This enables us to offer our customers an optimised
complete solution, with all elements of the plant
ideally coordinated from process analysis and design
of the system components through to controls for all
components of the plant. Well over 4000 Ammann asphalt
mixing plants are in operation every day under tough
conditions a figure that speaks for itself.
Concrete mixing plants
Ammann Elba holds a leading position as a manufacturer
of both modern concrete compulsory mixers and com-

Versatile in use
Ready-mix concrete is produced centrally in stationary
concrete mixing plants and then transported in ready-mixed
concrete trucks to the construction site.
The production of ready-mix concrete is regulated by Euro-
pean standard EN 206.
Clever modular principle
The plant components of the ECB series are designed on
the basis of a well-thought-out modular principle state-
of-the-art designs that adapt flexibly to the users specific
requirements. Easy and therefore cost-effective transporta-
tion played a pivotal role in the development of the design.
An Elba single-shaft compulsory mixer of the EMS series or a
twin-shaft compulsory mixer of the EMDW series is ready-
mounted to the generously dimensioned mixer platform.
The drive for the skip and the weighing modules for cement
and water are designed as a single transport and assemblyunit. These components are pre-assembled at the factory.
The insulation of the complete plant and the bins of linear
batcher plants ensures the best possible protection against
climatic influences.

A range o options
Which type of aggregate storage is required? Choose from
pocket star, star batchers or linear batchers depending on
your requirements and the available space. The EBC B 60 has
belt-conveyed feeding with a storage silo to guarantee high
hourly output rates.
Equipped with an Elba single-shaft compulsory mixer of theEMS series for 0,5 m to 1 m of compacted fresh concrete.
The EBC 30 has container-compatible dimensions to reduce
the cost of transport.
The compact mixing tower of the EBC 30. The water weigher and
additive weigher are situated directly next to the cement weigher.
Insulated housing components make it possible to operate the EBC D 60
in winter. Small vehicles can also be loaded thanks to a pivoting hopper.
Every construction materials yard should have an EBC T 30.

customers who collect.

The command room is within view.
The EBC T 30 is equipped as standard
with a cement weigher with two inlets. Addi-
tional inlets are available as optional extras.
The additive weigher is wear and
maintenance-free. This is made possible by
direct discharge into the mixer.
The EBC T 30 is also known as a concrete filling station and par ticularly suitable for self-collectors who only need small quantities of concrete.

The EBC 105110 series is equipped with the Elba single-
shaft compulsory mixer of the EMS series of 2 m, 2,25 m
and 2,5 m compacted fresh concrete.

In addition to all the other advantages of the EBC plants,
the EBC D has another trump up its sleeve: short set-up timesthanks to Elbas modular technology. The linear bins configu-
ration options enable flexible material storage.

Which type of aggregate storage is required? Star system,
linear bins and elevated silo are available depending on
requirements and spatial conditions. Belt-conveyed
feeding with a storage hopper guarantees the high hourly
output rates of the EBC B.
Star system with scraper
The star system with scraper features a large aggregate stor-
age facility. Irregularities occurring during the material feed
are rectified with no negative impact on the concrete pro-
duction process. Ground-mounted batching does not need a
feeding pit ensuring maximum utilisation of the overall and
active storage facilities.

The EBC D 105 is a classic concrete mixing plant with a linear bins and
skip hoist, erected without foundations.

It is also possible to enclose not only the mixing plant but also
the entire linear bins in housing as an option.
The plant has a semi-mobile design for optimum installation
on a steel frame.
The mixers discharge hopper can be extended if required,
for instance to discharge batches into trucks or car trailers.
The EBC D 105 is fed by cement screw conveyors running from the
cement silos to the cement weigher situated directly above the mixer.
Safety first: all Elba concrete mixing plants are equipped
with safety switches.

Regardless of the type of aggregate feed from weighing
belt to Elba mixer: we have the right solution. Our tried and
tested aggregate skip solution is ideal for plant sizes EBC
D 105 to EBC D 140. The skips twin cable drive contributes
towards a longer service life and greater safety.
EBC B
The aggregate feed for EBC B 105 to EBC B 200 mixing
plants can also occur via belt conveyor depending on
your requirements and spatial conditions. The integrated
aggregate hopper increases the capacity of the system when
producing standard concrete.
The EBC B 130 has a high output rate of 152 m/h.

A total of four motorised cleaning jets ensure
the mixer looks as good as new at the end of
the working day.
On the left in the photo: water is distributed
over the entire width of the mixer.
The half-shelf on the shaft sealing enables
quick and easy maintenance. It is no longer
necessary to remove the gear system and
motor.
EWP Elba wear protection is a complete
set consisting of highly wear-resistant
polyurethane. It is designed to fit exactly,
for instance on the mixer shaft and paddles,
discharge hopper and aggregate skip.
The mixer is equipped as standard with
a central mixer lubrication system.
The Elba mixer is equipped with every
required safety switch and meets the
current machine directive.
Local mixer operation facilitates cleaning
and maintenance work.
The mixer wearing parts consists entirely of
screwless elements. Only the two last rows
are screwed into place. The big advantage:
better utilisation of wear material.
Mixer viewing window: a safety end switch
ensures visual control when the mixer
cleaning system is switched on.
The twin-shaft compulsory mixer features
two synchronised motors and two gear
systems connected by toothed belts with
protection against damage.
