Participants will learn a wide range of busi- ness communication skills in situations applicable to the HR, Finance and Marketing departments, writing and replying to in- quiries and complaints, writing agenda and minutes of meetings, and writing proposals, performance and feasibility reports. The workshop will help participants gain the confidence to write documents that can be easily understood and that can gener- ate the desired responses.
