Addressing the issues of modern urban mobility is KIWIride’s
primary objective.
It will be achieved by making first- and last-mile trips more eco-
friendly, quick, convenient and cost-effective.
But alongside filling the gap for short-distance commutes, the
brand also aspires to encourage riders to live a green lifestyle.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, KIWIride will
allocate a percentage of its income towards the development of
eco-friendly initiatives.

The Challenge
GoGreen
Pollution
In Metropolitan cities, short-
distance commute accounts for about
20% of total CO2
emissions!
Parking
Even spending as little 6 minutes a day looking for
parking amounts to 90 hours (4 days) per year to
find parking!
Traffic
On average, people spend
approximately 52 hours (more than 2
days) per year stuck in traffic!
4
On average, people would prefer to explore alternatives:
• to driving to places with limited or expensive parking facilities
• to public transport systems if the commute is short
• to walking for trips longer than about 600 m to 800 m
