• When a position number is provided eRecruit will pre-
populate fields from PIPS information.
• Panel chairs will be able to see the names of applicants in
‘real time’
Key Benefits

• RFT creator can see status of the Request to Fill.
• HR staff can track the progress of recruitment requests.
• Where an applicant provides an email address all
correspondence will be via email speeding up notification
times.
• System generated correspondence reduces errors.
