Wisdom in the management of public affairs are influenced from the constitutions of

democratic governance, in determining the force of actions put into functioning of nation

as whole in terms of fundamental advocacies. To that supremacy of oneness being

believed and taking the Republic Day as an opportunity, I wholeheartedly appreciates the

dedicated staff in stimulating the civic body’s functionalities at physical scale of reality.

Koti Reddy Circle, the legendary landmark carries a historic story of identity

after naming the traffic island based on the freedom fighter (1921–1947) and

politician (1947–1968) Sri Koti Reddy who had closer association with Tanguturi

Praksam Panthulu, Gandhi and Neelam Sanjeev Reddy in strengthening the

freedom movement in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. This is one of

the top rated and most economy generating island within the peripheries of

Kadapa City having approximately 576 m2 of area withholding “Unique Pole”

projecting 3 directions facing Sandhya Circle, Court Road and NTR Circles.

Continual talk of the town is all about the pole, is on the word “Say What” when

listening to the commuters while finding addresses and the response comes
