1 Hardware Quick Start 1.1 Power Input and Consumption
1.1.1 Power Control Box for 100V The 100V (100~120V) Power input consists of two
cables. AC2 cable has three lines, (L/N and ground).
AC1 is for Inverter. AC1 consists of a Red line and a
black line. Please follow the instruction to setup your
power cable as below. You need two power cables to
connect the terminal and the power source.

Steps
1. Save contents to a Flash Media card. (Media files must put in the root directory when you use LCM playing.)
2. Insert media card into the 8-in-1 Card Reader.
3. Choose the control item “Player Control”.
4. Choose the sub-menu “File Source”.
5. Select “All Content” to play the all media.

Time Setting Bracket Storage compartment OFF is Always OFF Set present time: Rotate the center knob in the arrow direction (i.e. clockwise) to set the time. The present time
can be set in 1-minute units. (For example, 16:31 as shown in the figure) Don’t rotate the knob counterclockwise. Insert the Time brackets: Two kinds of Time setting brackets are provided, ON (Gold) and OFF (Silver). The time
2.1.4 Edit Layout Presetting Layout AP3 provides seven layout settings. Click the layout you want, AP3 will load the layout into the editing section and
you can start to edit. The Preset layouts are undeletable.
Content Setting There is no content for newly made layout frames. If you do not assign any content to one frame, it will display a
black ground when playing. Click Start Run button to summon the Startup Run Setup window, and then assign
the content and the description of this content. The content with parameters to adjust will show the button beside description, and you can click it to setup.

Auto Startup Enable To auto activate AP3 when the computer starts.
Biling Record Enable User Define Activate the function to keep the log. It needs to reopen AP3 to enable the setting.
Computer ID User Define To set a computer ID number for Biling Record for easy maintenance.
VMR9_RL Frame Reversal Disable It's necessary to check it when you'd like to display a upside down content. Select VMR9_RL as accelerator and close it. Reopen AP3 to enable the setting.
Content in Sequence Preload User Define To shorten the blank interval between clips. It only supports Media File, Capture & Picture. Accelerator VMR9 _ WL supports this function.
Content in Schedule Preload User Define To shorten the blank interval between clips. It only supports Media File, Capture & Picture.
Sequence in Schedule Preload User Define To shorten the blank interval between clips. It only supports Media File, Capture & Picture.
Serial Port COM3 Select Monitor System connection port. Default setting is COM3.
Protocol Ver. Auto Select a correct monitor system edition. Default setting is Auto.
Display Adjust User Define
Forward: Move the screen clockwise.
Reverse: Move the screen counterclockwise.
Save: Save the setting.
Power Control Enable Enable
Forcefully turn ON or OFF the display power.
After Power off, you can’t power on the display until six minutes
later. This is for the safety reason. However you can power on the
display before the countdown is due by pressing the “Force Power
On”.
Warning: “Force Power On” may cause damage to the display.
Please don’t press the button unless you are sure that the display is
completely stop operating.
Outside Power Off Enable Disable
Check the checkbox to enable the setting. When the IPC is turned
off by any way except the shutdown time, such as pressing the
Power button. IPC will shut the display as well.
