Spot Problem 1 Analysis:Low level between Padangan and Combat Malo, because there isn’t best server around that road. Nearest sites from that road is about 5 km (Padangan and Purwosari ex Besuki). Nearest sites can’t give optimal level to cover that road due to long distance and there isn’t cell directly cover. that road. Near site Combat Malo have bad level due to overshoot from sites Kalitidu 2-0 and Dander Bojonegoro-2

Recommendation:- Audit site and optimally coverage on site Combat Malo.- Proposed down tilt Kalitidu 2-0- Proposed adjust RXLEV_ACCESS Min Dander Bojonegoro from 6 to 8- Proposed new sites.

Spot Problem 2

Analysis:Road between Kalitidu and Kedewan ex Dongko have hilly contour. Bad level occurred when road slope upward. So, Combat Malo can’t give optimal level to cover that road. This road can receive signals from any where (overshoot) because the location in the high place (mountain) such as: signal from Kalitidu 2, Ngraho, Ngasem Bojonegoro, Padangan, Purwosari ex Besuki, Laju Lor, Ngambon, Tingang, Bangilan.

Recommendation:- Check contour around that road.- Audit site and optimally coverage Combat Malo.- Proposed re-orientation Kedewan ex Dongko-0.- Proposed new site.

Spot Problem 2 (2)Analysis:Road between Senori and Combat Malo have hilly contour. Bad level occurred when road slope upward. So, Combat Malo and Senori can’t give optimal level to cover that road. This road can receive signals from any where (overshoot) because the location in the high place (mountain) such as: signal from Kalitidu 2, Bangilan and Trucuk Bojonegoro.

Recommendation:- Check contour around that road.- Audit site and optimally coverage Senori.-Proposed new site.

Analysis:There isn’t best server between Trucuk Bojonegoro and Kalitidu. Bad level on that area due to hilly contour. Many obstacle around that road. Nearest sites from that road is about 4-5 km. Nearest sites can’t give optimal level to cover that road due to long distance enough and only site Trucuk Bojonegoro-2 have directly cell to cover that road..

Recommendation:- Check contour around that road.- Audit site and optimally coverage Trucuk Bojonegoro-2.- Proposed new sites.

Analysis:Road between Pohwates 2 and Banjarsari Bojonegoro, only served from Sooko Tuban-3. Bad level on that area due to high distance from Sooko Tuban-3 to that road (about 4-5 Km). Only Sooko Tuban-3 have the highest level on that road.

Recommendation:- Audit site and optimally coverage Sooko Tuban-3.- Proposed new sites.

Analysis:There isn’t best server between Sooko Tuban and Parengan Tuban. Bad level on that area due to no nearest sites around that road. Nearest sites from that road is Trucuk Bojonegoro, but this site didn’t have sector which cover directly to that road. So Trucuk Bojonegoro can’t give optimal level to cover that road.

Recommendation:- Audit site and optimally coverage Trucuk Bojonegoro and Parengan Tuban.- Proposed re-orientation Trucuk Bojonegoro-0.- Proposed new sites.

Analysis:Road between Trucuk Bojonegoro and Banjarsari Bojonegoro , only served from Trucuk Bojonegoro-0, Banjarsari Bojonegoro -0 and Banjarsari Bojonegoro-2. Bad level on that area due to hilly contour. Bad level occurred when road slope upward. So, Trucuk Bojonegoro and Banjarsari Bojonegoro can’t give optimal level to cover that road.

Recommendation:- Check contour around that road.- Audit site and optimally coverage Trucuk Bojonegoro-0 , Banjarsari Bojonegoro-0 and Banjarsari Bojonegoro-2.- Proposed re-orientation Banjarsari Bojonegoro-0.

Analysis:- There isn’t best server between sites Bubulan Bojonegoro and Ngambon. Spot problem location is about 4 km from site Ngambon but not in main lobe site Ngambon-0 (side lobe). Site Bubulan Bojonegoro -2 serving spot problem until 9 km. Distance from Ngambon and Tambakrejo bojonegoro is about 10.5 km. Around spot problem is forest terrain.

Recommendation:- Audit site and optimally coverage Ngambon-0 and Ngasem Bojonegoro-1.- Proposed new site.
