The former Chairman Finance Bank, Zambia

has been facing defamation from

minority shareholders of Portland Cement

Zambia, the Ventriglia family.

It is evident from the actions of the Ventriglia family that they want complete control over the factory and steal all the

accumulate wealth.

However, the judicial system of Zambia has refused to accept the insensible claims presented by the conspirators- Ventriglia family, Sakwiba Sikota and Zambia Reports.

Dr. Mahtani & Zambia has constantly been trying to preserve the interest of innocent workers in the Portland Cement Zambia.

However, the cement plant has stopped all its operations since

December 2015 under the control of Ital Terrazzo Limited.

Portland Cement Zambia was captured by the Ventriglias with the help of bandit goons on 7th April, 2015 and since then, the plant remains under their control.

But, since then Ital Terrazzo Limited has lost all its claims in the High Court with respect to its 100%

ownership in the factory.

As a result of this impact,

they are constantly trying to

defame Dr. Mahtani & Zambia to

ventilate their anger.

Zambia Reports has served as a platform for the conspirators to showcase their

cheap mentality.
