Mrs. LILYAN MARTIN BROWDER was interviewed a t herresidence 6300 Snapper Creek Drive, Miami. She stated shehad not heard from her husband since she was l as t contacted.The provisions of the Harboring Statute were explained toher and she stated she certainly would not attempt toharbor BROWDER since he had apparently deserted her. She didsay tha t she did not believe she woula t e l l the law i f sheknew where he could be located, however, she would f i r s t t ry
to persuade him to surrender and fa i l ing in th is she wouldcontact her attorney and BROWDER's attorney, RICHARD BOOTH,and have BOOTH handle the matter in any way he saw f i t .
