Why Go On a District Trip?

The Details

• February 8-13, 2012– Depart LAX on a red-eye on the 8th (one stop flight)– No passport or shots required!

• The cost will include– Air fare, hotel (double occupancy), all meals, and ground

transportation – Planned excursions are extra– Group hotel rate is guaranteed for 5 days before and 4 days after

the group trip dates if you want to come earlier or stay later • Host Hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott in Isla Verde, San Juan

Equipment for a biology/chemistry lab at a school (El Vigia)

Administrative and lunchroom equipment for a school for the deaf (Perla del Sur)

Equipment for at-risk girls center (Camuy-Hatillo)

Furnish facilities in police stations for abused children (Fajardo)

Provide funding for literacy, tutoring, arts and sports programs at Boys & Girls Club (San Juan)

Provide equipment for solar power for local aqueduct (Turabo)

Wheelchair distribution (multiple clubs)

Baking equipment for women’s vocational & rehab facility (San Juan)
