• Gather and evaluate data on a candidate’s entire profile: experience, knowledge,
competencies, and motivations.

successful candidates who are willing and able to perform the job.
Targeted Selection: Trainer
Target Audience: Individuals responsible for training Targeted Selection®
interviewers and coaches
Course Length: Two days
Prerequisites: TS: Interviewer and at least one certified TS Program Manager
in your organisation
By the workshop’s conclusion, you will:
• Obtain certification to deliver Targeted Selection®: Interviewer, Practice Lab,
Strong Start®, Targeted Selection®: Interviewing for Technical Skills, and
Targeted Selection®: Coach training.
• Demonstrate the competencies required for successful training in a supportive,
safe environment.
• Use the Targeted Selection® trainer materials and a variety of learning methods
to effectively facilitate learning.
• Create a safe learning environment, respond to learners’ needs, and promote
behavioural change.
