1. THE BOILER PILOT MODEL MULTIPLEX CL 50

Descriere:
The total volume up to 1500 m3. The boiler originally built for
combustion of solid fuels (coal, coke, lignite, wood, pellets), was
adapted later by the construction company and liquid fuels,
including industrial waste and agricultural by equipping a suitable
burner, placed on the front door . The boiler includes a front
camera, equipped with a barbecue the flame spray liquid fuels being
above the grate. Water heating using smoke pipes placed
horizontally in a convection exchanger placed above the furnace.
Natural draft boiler. Setting is achieved by burning air fan which
is regulated by a control panel and a mechanism that functions as a
thermostat. Thus, when the water is still cold air entering through
the gap permitted intake for combustion air. As the water is heated
in the boiler, the sensor expands and closes the air intake of the
combustion recess, thereby realizing control by reducing the excess
combustion flame.
Due to its construction steel, the boiler has a good behavior to
temperature variations. To avoid overheating, the boiler surfaces
are cooled completely with water. High efficiency is due to the
large number of exhaust pipes burning of the high volume of
outbreak.
The boiler water temperature is controlled directly by systems
fitted on the control panel, namely: thermometers, thermostats and
safety thermostat. When the water temperature reaches the desired
level, the thermostat burner interrupt its operation. The optimum
temperature is around 80 C and that does not go below 60 C.

2. AUTOMATED BIOMASS BOILER

Descriere
The boiler 40 kW are designed for individual homes, buildings,
greenhouses, workshopes and small companies heating. The central
heating system with hot water works both in gravitational system
and pumped one. In the furnace are burned different biomass fuels
such as sawdust, energy willow, wood chips 30-50 mm with humidity
lower than 40 %.
The unit is a steel welded construction made from two different
subsystems: the furnace and the heat exchanger, connected
additionally to the fuel supply and control system.
On the interior, the furnace (with high-volume combustion

insulated with refractory cement and glass wool then covered with
painted steel sheets. Inside the furnace is placed the mobile
grate, made from high temperature resistant iron and powered by a
motor-gear trough a rack-cogwheel system. Outside is installed the
ash container.
The vertical heat exchanger is composed of iron tubes immersed
in water, and connected to the two tubular plates that confine the
smoke rooms. According to the desired thermal output and overall
efficiency, the iron tubes are disposed on 2 flowing paths, for the
heat transfer improvement. The fuel is handled by a worm-screw
supplier powered also by a motor-gear transmission. During
combustion, the necessary air is taken from the fan and conducted
to the furnace by means of control valves, in order to ensure the
needed air excess coefficient. Amount the air is divided in primary
air and secondary air (each can be adjusted) for reduce NO
concentration.
On the boiler are fixed various devices: manometer, thermometer,
safety valve (3 bar), fire device, aeration device. The fire device
automatically come into operation when temperature increases at the
end of screw conveyer feed. General electrical panel is compused of
a controller and control switches and includes the electrical and
thermal protections necessary.
