It has oeen brought to the notice of the Directorate by service union that theinstructions contained in Annexure-II of this Directorate's letter No. 6-1/2009-PE.Ildated 09.10.2009 in respect of Combined Duty Allowance are not being adhered to.

2. I am directed to.retterate the same as under:-Allowance Existinq Allowance ClarificationCombined GDS Branch Postmasters If GDS BPM performs both duties,Duty performing delivery or he/she will be paid Rs. 500/- P;M.Allowance{C conveyance duties or both will be for each item of work separately.DA) for pai,d Rs. 500/- P.M. for each itemBranch of work seoa rately.Postmasters If : the Branch Postmaster is If the BPM performs duty ot BO
