COMMUCATION BETWEEN THE SCHOOLS = PLATFORM

• The General Administration will be able to take responsibility for setting up the platform for communication.

• All schools, teachers and students of the network will have access to the platform.

1. Send the messages to the Congregation

2. The last General Conference asked to implement a dehonian schools network. With the authority from the General Conference this III International Meeting of DehonianEducators proposes the structure of such a network to the General Administration, to the Provincial/Regional/District Administrations and to the dehonianeducational centers and ask to this three levels to confirm and implement this proposal. The General Administration appoints a general coordinator of the network as soon as possible.

3. Institute a committee of three persons who will create an official form for joining the dehoniannetwork: Fr. John, Fr. Valeriano, Fr. Ricardo Diniz, Mr. Franz-Josef and Br. Roberto.

4. Go back to our schools and speak about what be this meeting and create or empower a network culture

5. Choose a network coordinator and an information technician in the schools after the confirmation of the network in your school

6. Create the platform before the end of 2014

7. Create the logo of the dehonian network. We invite everyone to propose a logo for the network before the end of September 2014. And propose a network name

8. The coordinators of the network schools in each continent propose a name to the Major Superiors of the continent who make the appointment of the continental coordinator within three months of the proposal of the name

9. We propose that the local coordinators meet face to face or by information technology at least once a year. This meeting is coordinated by the continental coordinator

ACTIVITIES

• We encourage everyone to draw up and publicize the new activities and to continue the activities which are running, in order to invite the others schools to participate
