Young Professionals for Orlando Science Center Board Chair Dear Friends, Foodies, and Boooooo-z Beverage Creators, You are invited to the 2 nd annual OSC After Dark hosted by Young Professionals for Orlando Science Center on Friday, October 26 th , 2018 from 8pm-11pm. This event brings together Orlando’s up and coming business leaders, family, friends, and associates for a thrilling Halloween-themed experience. Proceeds support the Science for All Fund, which helps to remove social, economic or cultural barriers so that everyone in our community can have access to the Science Center to spark their interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education. We are looking for food partners to showcase their signature cocktails and sweet and savory bites during the event. We expect around 300 guests and encourage our partners to use this as a marketing opportunity to show off their latest food and beverage options. Find your spookiest garb, wipe off the cobwebs (or wear them!), and make your mark on the sponsorship commitment! Please provide bite size samples for approximately 300 guests paired with a spooky sample of a
signature cocktail, beer, or other type of alcoholic beverage. Food Partners are responsible for
providing ice, plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, carts to bring their supplies to the event level.
Menu items must be prepared, stored, and served following all local Health Codes and safe food
service practices.
We ask that you set up an attractive display with a Halloween flair and provide service staff to set up,
serve, and maintain the display throughout the event.
We encourage your staff to dress in costume.
Helium balloons are not permitted. Open-flame candles are not permitted. Candles must be enclosed
(votive or hurricane globes)
We do not allow any cooking inside Orlando Science Center. We suggest all food come prepared and
kept to proper temperature. If you require space to cook, we will provide you with an outdoor space
and food can be brought inside for serving.

Organization understands and agrees that it is fully responsible for its actions and those of its representatives and employees at the event, including for any harm or damages they may cause or
which may result from Organization's offerings of food or drink at the event. To the extent any such
actions or offerings cause harm, loss or damage to Event Organizer, Organization agrees to indemnify
and hold Event Organizer harmless.
Provide a key contact responsible to receive and distribute event related materials to all individuals
that need it.
