Director of the UALR Senior Justice Center focusing on crime against the elderly (Gero-Criminology). Facilitator of teaching, applied research, and community-engaged service via interns, grants, and research contracts. !2009-2015: Associate Professor (Tenured) - University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Criminal Justice Department. Director of the UALR Senior Justice Center focusing on crime against the elderly (Gero-Criminology). Expanded community engagement to include three prisons via rehabilitation and involved students. Engagement resulted in scholarship on prisoner reentry to society. Managed interns, grants, and contracts toward reentry and elder crime projects. !2004-2009: Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) - University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Criminal Justice Department.
