in order to improve their experience and likelihood of going further on a
mission.

STEP 2 : BASE DATA COLLECTIONCollecting data about infrastructure and registering every nurse and doctor, including background and previous training programs attended
STEP 3 : KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENTTaking a Knowledge Assessment of every nurse and doctor to assess basic knowledge of delivery process
STEP 4 : SKILLS ASSESSMENTTaking a lab test of every nurse and doctor to understand if they can use instruments
STEP 5 : DELIVERY OBSERVATIONObserving the 400 steps during delivery and tagging it to the doctor and nurse who is conducting the step
Data was collected for each and every delivery to figure out which of the 400
steps of the delivery needs improvement.
