· The CPi Di is designed with correct blade development for different materials, a rigid structure and aggressive cutting parameters with the aim of achieving high production and long blade life.

· The T3CH drilling unit is capable of working with traditional hSS tools as well as with the latest generation tools based on hard metal working and encompasses the technology of either internal or external cooling.

· Its compact design provides the unit with great rigidity, reduces the vibration, with a direct impact on the tool thus guaranteeing correct machining with higher tool life.

· DANOBAT also offers a 3D plasma cutting machine. The RPD can machine all sides of a tube without having to rotate it on its axis. It is the head of the machine that is able to move around the workpiece, which allows all type of cuts, chamfers, cod mouth, junctions between pieces, ...

· Sierra CPi diseñada para trabajar de una manera óptima. Su robusta estructura y los parámetros de corte agresivos, permiten conseguir una productividad óptima y una larga vida de la cinta.

· El taladro T3CH de DANOBAT es capaz de trabajar tanto con herramientas tradicionales hSS como con las de última generación basadas en tecnología del metal duro, bien sean de refrigeración externa o interna.

· Para este sector DANOBAT también ofrece una innovadora máquina de corte por plasma en 3D que permite mecanizar tanto estructuras tubulares como perfiles. El cabezal gira alrededor de la pieza mecanizando todas las caras sin necesidad de girar la pieza y asegurando una calidad de corte óptima.

The vTC-4000 on display at BiEMH is a medium-sized dimension of the vTC series: it is capable of turning a 4,000 mm diameter and 2,800 height on a work piece weighing up to 50,000 kg.

The smallest model (vTC-1800) in the vTC range can turn a 1600 mm diameter on a 9000 kg work piece, while the largest model (vTC-8000h) can turn a 8000 mm diameter on work pieces weighing up to 150,000 kg. DANOBAT is manufacturing a vTC-8000h for Talleres Allus. With a total weight of 220,000 kg, parts of 8000 mm and 4000 mm height components can be manufactured. The machine is equipped with two Rams with live spindles, double C axes, two ATC with tool holders, milling heads, grinding heads, and so on.

El vTC-4000 expuesto en la BIEMh es un torno de dimensiones medias situado dentro de la serie vTC que se fabrican en DANOBAT: diámetro y altura máxima torneable de 4000 mm y 2800 mm respectivamente, y un peso de pieza máximo de 50.000 kg.

Recently a ESTARTA-315Fv has been installed in inDUSTRiaS TEiXiDo, a company dedicated to high precision products. With this DANOBAT solution, TEIXIDO has achieved important improvements in comparison to their conventional machinery: roundness lower than 0.5 microns with higher production.

This type of laser generates a wavelength 10 times less than conventional lasers, thus enabling better behaviour when cutting reflecting materials (aluminium, copper, brass, etc.). With the fiber laser generation gases and vacuum turbine are eliminated, so the laser source requires no routine maintenance, likewise its useful life is equal to that of the machine.

The beam is transported through optic fiber eliminating old mirror systems, with subsequent saving in consumables.

Se trata de un tipo de láser de estado sólido. Este tipo de láser genera una longitud de onda 10 veces menor que los láseres convencionales, lo que posibilita un mejor comportamiento en el corte de materiales reflectantes (aluminio, cobre, latón, etc.). En el láser de fibra se eliminan los gases de generación y la turbina de vacío, con lo que la fuente láser no precisa de un mantenimiento rutinario y su vida útil es equiparable a la de la vida de la máquina.

El transporte del haz se hace a través de fibra óptica, eliminándose los antiguos sistemas de espejos, con el consiguiente ahorro en consumibles.

2012 is a year of celebration for DANOBATGROUP. Its

been 50 years since GOITI & SORAlUCE, two of the

organization that make up DANOBATGROUP, were founded.

Today, 50 years later, they celebrate their leadership success in the milling and

25 years ago, DANOBATGROUP, also invested in cutting edge technology, creating Ideko, a Technology Centre specialised in Machine Tool that today provides support for the most complex projects.

DANOBATGROUP has a strong vocation for being close to the customer, and this is why, 20 years ago it embarked upon a new adventure in the Asian market. At that time it was the first Spanish machine tool manufacturer to open a delegation in Chine, which today celebrates its 20 year anniversary.
