Magnetic Rings and Location Pins Technology

This technology is another innovation derived from feedback regarding uneven screen surface that most customers concern about. The design of the multiple magnetic rings and two location pins at each of the diagonal position of the modules offer a precise and definite fitting position, for seamless and leveled screen modules.

Ferrite Bead – Power Supply

This can reduce the EMI from a power supply to the driver ICs which helps the ICs work under a better condition to minimize your maintenance costs.

The set up of ferrite bead is absolutely value added. We do believe a more stable signal or power supply without EMI is absolutely necessary.

DB25 Cable

A DB25 Cable is used for both power supply and signal transmission to a module.

Nova Monitor Unit (Optional)

The Nova Monitor Unit monitor the power supplies voltage, humidity and temperature.

Double Layered Aluminum Panel

This double layered, galvanized coating Aluminum panel makes it extremely tough, and also effectively reduces glare and enhances the LED’s contrast.

Double layered Aluminium Panel

Different from the regular panel, the front access panel consist of double layered die-casting aluminum structures.

Also it comes with a highly durable galvanized coating to protect the panel from moisture and prevent it to be rusty.

The Cooling Fan System

There are total 6 DC FANS set up on top and bottom of the cabinet.

In the event of the overheating, DC FAN will automatically turn on and cool off the system.

The Ventilation SystemSIDE CAVITIES & METAL FRAME

To provide air ventilation to the front access panel, we implement the Cooling Fan system as well as the air ventilation cavities.
