Aloha kois! Happy new years and I hope you all have a resolution about key club on your lists. The coming of a new year means the end of currentterms and the beginning of new ones. As my term nears an end, I would like to take this time now to thank you all for all of the hard work you haveput forth and shown to me during this month. I cannot be a prouder Lt. Governor serving individuals such as yourselves! The new LTG elect will beelected this January on the 25th, at UOP in Stockton. Make sure to be available for this date so you can witness the beginning of the transition of a new term! Good luck on your second semester of school, and remember to keep up the community service! - Darin Ngo

LTG’S MESSAGE

We kicked o� the �rst week of November with Key Club Week. On Monday,we passed out invitations to recognize key players, and sta� at our Pot Luckthe following week. Tuesday was show your Key Club spirit, where people wore their shirts and other wacky teal gear. Wednesday, we had a table outin the Quad area during both lunches to spread, and show everyone what Key Club is all about, and try to recruit more members. Thursday, we took our club picture for the yearbook, so we moved our pot luck, where we recognized key players, to the week after. Friday, we kicked it o� with sellingpound cake during the food fair both lunches, and a service project at McHenry House, where we interacted with the children. This month was also a busy month with a lot of service, such as serving food during Thanksgiving day to those in need, serving food at other events, and helpingout with an anti-bullying assembly at Kimball High School. - Roselyn Duong

COMMUNITY SERVICE

On bring a friend to key club day we had all of our members bring atleast one person to our meeting .Many members contributed food to the pot luck also we distributed certi�cates of appreciation to those who help our key club. It was enjoyable to see so many peopleattend the meeting and experience key club for themselves. - Jodilyn Peralta

MEETING

Hello fellow Koi Fish! This is Lara Ibrahim, president of Kimball High School'sKey Club. We've had an exciting month of service, and I want to share with you all our club's experience at McHenry House, a local home where homeless or struggling families can stay. Key Club visited to spread some holiday cheer to the kids who live there. We had so much fun, and the kids did too! We playedsome games and did arts and crafts. The next time we visited, the kids were soexcited that they had a talent show prepared for us! We even got them to do the Key Club cheer. It was a really wonderful experience. I hope all the Koi Fishout there have an awesome holiday season full of service. Have a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
