Remote and On-Site Server Management & Problem Remediation

The Premium Server & Desktop Management Service provides remote 24x7 monitoring, problem remediation and automatic updates of

all critical components of your Microsoft® Windows™ operating environment.

CAI’s Network Operations Center (NOC) provides notification of any server or desktop that’s not performing within pre-set threshold

levels. The NOC prioritizes alerts (critical and non-critical), performs problem analysis, and takes immediate steps to resolve and remediate

issues. Virtually anything connected to your network can be monitored and managed to maximize uptime and minimize unpredictable IT

costs or lost productivity.

The Premium Server & Desktop Management Service provides:

24x7 server monitoring

Alert analysis, filtering and review by NOC team

24x7 remote troubleshooting and remediation by CAI’s Smithfield, RI-based Help Desk

Eight (8) hours per month of on-site support

Standard anti-virus / anti-spyware protection with outbreak support as needed

Microsoft Windows OS updates and security patch management

SNMP and POSIX monitoring of network devices

Server back-up status monitoring

Monthly Status Reporting

Quarterly Account Review Visits

24x7 Protection for All Your Network-connected ‘End Points’

The Premium Server & Desktop Management Service also includes support and protection for your network-connected ‘end points’

(desktops, laptops and tablets) against viruses, malware, e-mail and image spam and mechanical failure. The service also helps you

resolve day-to-day desktop computer issues (i.e., e-mail won’t work, an employee can’t print, an application like Microsoft Word has

crashed).

The service also provides additional ‘end-point’ security through automatic anti-virus and Microsoft Windows operating system patch

management on each desktop computer connected to the network.

Network Operations Center (NOC)

The service also includes an optional on-site and/or offsite backup solution for your computers. Automated in the background, the

service can be configured to backup select files and folders or the entire hard drive with incremental dated restoration points for easy

retrieval of data.
