I hold a B.A degree in Media Production Management acquired at Dublin

City University, Dublin, Ireland and a Level 5 BTEC Higher National Diploma

in Media studies that I acquired from Ballyfermot College Of Further

Education Dublin, Ireland.

I am also a qualified Make-up artist and Beauty therapist .

I am creative and innovative, with strong organizing, planning and coordinating skills I am an Effective communicator and possess good negotiation skills. I am adaptable and flexible and am able to work in a highly pressurized environment and am very Deadline Driven.

I also enjoy doing Community development work, having started my own Community development Events organization. Little Miss Sunshine Events is an organization focusing on the economic and social empowerment of women aged 13-45+.

I have strong skills in the following areas; Computer and Research skills; I am good at using Internet search engines as well as non-computer related search engines. Communication skills, I can communicate. Organizational and Planning skills; I have good organizational and Leadership and Team work skills. Creative skills I am good at creative concepts. Time keeping skills; I am very punctual and can work within a deadline. Writing skills; I am good at conveying spoken communication into written word. Customer service skills; I can deal effectively with customers in various situations. Good comprehension; I have a good understanding and grasp of matters at hand.

Project management skills; my organizational skills combined with my planning skills and time keeping skills allows me to manage projects well. Learning skills; I enjoy learning, are a quick learner and are always open to learning new things.

I am currently employed as a Beauty Adviser and sales assistant for an international cosmetics brand Gosh Cosmetics , within the Edcon retail group were I held the position on Beauty and direct to retail sales consultant.

I also have experiences as a Communications assistant having worked at Eskom –the South African electricity/ energy supplier. My key function in this role was, Public Relations/Communications assistant as well as journalistic as I worked on the Company’s Regional in house Newsletter in the capacity as editorial assistant as well as writing articles for each edition.

I assisted the team in coordinating all in house and company events. I assisted with the in house communication being responsible for in house mediums such as the web page- up loading information as well as coordinator Events and doing in-house Marketing.

I spend number of years studying and living abroad in Ireland , Dublin where I worked as a radio presenter at Dublin City radio, where I co-presented a program called African scene. In 2006 the program won a Multicultural Media Award for aiding Integration among the Irish and African community.
