Travel

A storm of activity has swirled around the travel industry in recent years – nearly all of it dampening demand for our product. From the uproar over TSA screening, to the assault on corporate meetings and events to crises like swine flu and the BP oil spill, the travel industry has confronted challenges of the sort it has never before seen. Are more problems in store? Could the travel industry have prevented these problems? Geoff Freeman, Executive Vice President of the U.S. Travel Association, will discuss the threats facing the travel industry and how we capitalize on opportunities to thrive in the years ahead.
