The Constitutions

•The Constitutions today govern the College life, for what are considered the more stable legal instrument, since they have been partially modified in 1893, 1930, 1974, 1984 and 1995.

•The Constitutions regulate:•The forms of election of officers of the University.

•The requirements for election.•The functions to be performed.

•The disposal of assets.•The participation of students and graduates. The education system, among other topics.

The Good Governance Code

•Is issued on the basis of the constitutional and legal provisions governing university education, the Old Constitutions adopted by the Founder, New Constitutions and its effective amendments and general guidelines, policies and procedures adopted in order to fulfill the will of the Founder.

•It ensures efficiency, ethics, accountability and transparency of the various functions that correspond to each of the governing bodies and management University of activities against the State, the Educational ommunity, suppliers and, in general, people with whom the University has relationships.

Promoting academic integrity• Avoid plagiarism and copying, evolve!

The campaign "avoid plagiarism and copying, evolves" is the consolidation of an undergraduate initiative to generate greater commitment and respect for the ideas and self and others achievements.

Actions:

• Introduction and raise awareness on the plagiarism since the institution enrollment for teachers andstudents (undergraduate and graduated). • Location of handcrafted cameras in the classrooms and the libraries.• Sanctions with pedagogical “punishments”.

Plagiarism and TIC´s• The University has acquired the “Turn-it-in”

tool specialized in verification of texts, which has been integrated into virtual classrooms (Moodle).

• “Turn-it-in” compares the student and researcher text with billions of web pages and millions of papers, articles and books that have global circulation

good clinical practice having extensive experience in complex deliberation protocols of

basic and clinical research.

• The Management Annual Report is a tool regulated by the Good Governance Code and makes public the main achievements of the Universidad del Rosario during the year, making it one of the tools of social balance and presentation of corporate results that includes the financial results in the academic, administrative and financial areas.
