3-4 Chicken Breasts (about 2 lbs)1 can of pineapple in juice (tidbits, chucks, rings, it doesn't matter)1 medium onion2 TBSP soy sauce¼ cup honey1 tsp ginger½ cup chicken brothdash of salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Chop onion and place in crock pot. Place Chicken Breasts on top of onion.2. Dump the can of pineapple (juice and all) over the chicken.3. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Pour over the
chicken.4. Cover and cook on HIGH in the crockpot for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-85. hours.6. Serve over rice and with a steamed veggie.
Gluten Free1. Use a gluten free soy sauce like this Tamari Sauce

4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Depending on how many youare feeding)½ - ¾ of a Bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce (adjust for desired spiciness)½ packet of Ranch Dressing MixBread RollsBlue Cheese and Celery if desired
Instructions
1. Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker cover with hot sauce & ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cookon Low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 hours
2. Once the chicken has cooked, shred the meat finely with two forks. Pile the meat onto the hoagie rolls,and splash with the remaining hot sauce and blue cheese crumbles to serve.
Gluten Free1. Just pick up some gluten free buns
Dairy Free1. Omit the cheese
From Freezer1. If you are using frozen chicken add about 30 - 40 minutes to the cook time.

1 pound fresh sweet potatoes cut up into large chunks2 cups of fresh green beans¼ cup olive oil1 TBSP chili powder1 tsp garlic salt1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. In a 5 quart or larger crockpot place chicken. In a small bowl mix together the olive oil and seasonings.Pour over the chicken. Top the chicken with the diced sweet potatoes, and finally the fresh green beans.
2. Pour the chicken broth over the top of everything, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.3. Serve with a side salad if desired.
Freezer Meal1. You can place all of the ingredients into a gallon Ziploc bag and turn this into a simple freezer meal. You
can mix everything together or place the potatoes and green beans in small sandwich bags to keepseparate before putting them in the gallon ziplock. Totally up to you.

1. In a 6 quart crockpot place 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts and top with strips of uncooked bacon.Sprinkle with ranch dressing mix and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
