Crock Pot Pot Roast Ingredients: 1, 3-4 lb beef chuck roast 1 onion, sliced 8 red potatoes, roughly chopped 8 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced 6 carrots, chopped (or 2 cups baby carrots) 1 bay leaf 1/2 tbsp salt 2 tsp each; black pepper and garlic powder 1 tsp each; onion powder and dried parsley 1 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 cups beef broth 1/2 red wine Directions: Place bay leaf, potatoes, mushrooms and carrots in base of crock pot.
