Our Forsyth Kids team really misses seeing your smiling faces at your school! Even though we can't see you right now, we still want to help keep your smiles healthy. We put together a list of videos and activities that will help you keep your mouth healthy while you are learning at home. 1 ) BRUSH AND FLOSS - Remember to brush your teeth 2 times everyday for 2 minutes each time - once when you wake up and once before bed. Use a toothpaste with fluoride to help make your teeth strong! Also don't forget to use floss to clean between your teeth - your toothbrush is too big to clean there! 2) HEALTHY FOODS, HEALTHY TEETH - Healthy foods and snacks will keep your teeth strong and keep the sugar bugs away! Foods that are good for our bodies - like fruits and veggies - are good for our teeth. 3) DRINK WATER - Drinking water keeps both your mouth and body healthy. Don't forget the water from your sink has fluoride vitamins to make your teeth strong!
