RELIGION AND TECHNOLOGY

At the dawn of mankind, religion wastechnology and technology was religion.To some extent this is still a widely acceptedconcept for some of the “primitive”peoples of our times who have not yetbeen touched by technologicaladvancement and whose senses have notyet been destroyed as a result ofindoctrination by organized mass religions:religions whose purpose is the socio-economic repression of the populationinstead of offering their followers trueadvancement, or enlightenment.

At a later stage in human evolutiona split occurred. Things that people sawas “tangible” they considered to be“technological” while that which was nottangible belonged to the realms that theyconsidered to be “spiritual”. Laterorganized religions seized the latterapproach as their own while viciouslysuppressing any technologicaladvancement that could threaten theirmonopolies of controlling the population.

This split between “scientists” and“Metaphysicists” exists still in our days.

The typical scientists are attempting todiscover structures and natural laws in thetangible world. Metaphysicists andtheologians had as their goal to describethat which is going on in the intangibleworld. Followers of organized religiontraditionally lacked metaphysical insights.Consequently they resorted to outrightinventing of fairy tales and they used bruteforce to make sure their obedient sheepdid not stray away.

With the advancement of scientificthought in recent times something ratherunexpected happened. Things that weresupposed to be tangible turned out not tobe that tangible after all. At the same timenew scientific systems developed thatbegan to probe into the many worlds ofthings intangible. The tacitly assumedsharp demarcation between that which isreligious and psychic and that which istechnological and scientific provedincreasingly to be arbitrary and an illusionthat came from wishful thinking.

On the other hand, researchers onthe metaphysical side became increasinglyaware of the usefulness of scientific modelsand of scientific rigor. Most metaphysicistsof our times however are not yet fullyaware of the usefulness of this beneficialdevelopment. If they are they usuallyembed pop scientific concepts andverbiage into their theories. Others arestill exhibiting a total lack of scientifictraining. Some even go sop far to carryhostility against scientific thought andmethods. Sadly enough, it is a bunch ofscientific half wits, or quarter wits, thatcontrol much of the metaphysical thinkingand publishing of our times. Books suchas “the Tao of Physics” and “EnochianPhysics” are the creation of such pop-scientific lightweights. They are usingliberally big words such as unified fieldtheory, quantum physics and fourthdimension without having the slightest ideawhat these words really mean, let aloneunderstanding their underlying theories.Typically, if there is a scientific

advancement, some 30 years or so laterthe new terms are used by someMetaphysicists to “prove their points” orto bring across their ideas to a generalpublic that is scientifically even less literatethan they are: interpretations and“insights” that make even the weirdestpop-scientific ideas look advanced.

It is more than time for a changethat brings true science into metaphysics.This is so because more and more peopleopen up to the fact that things spiritualand psychic are as valid as things that arescientific and technological, in fact that thetwo are inseparable. We have to come tothe conclusion that a spiritual, or inner,reality that is independent of or in contrastto an outer, or scientific, reality does notexist. Both realities coexist. Karl Hans Welz is from Telfs in Tyrol,near Innsbruck, Austria. At a veryearly age, he has developed afascination for science in general andfor the stars in particular.Consequently, he has read eagerly any book onastronomy, astrophysics, mathematics and physicsthat he could get hold of. At age 16, he becameinterested in the subject of hypnosis. He beganstudying this discipline, later he perfectedAutogenic Training and eventually, at age 18, hebegan the practice of Hatha Yoga. This practicestrengthened his then frail body within a fewweeks and his overall condition and healthimproved considerably. Quite naturally, thesespectacular results gave Karl an incentive toexplore other sciences that were not part of hisacademic curriculum. He studied the works of Mesmer,Korschelt, von Reichenbach, Tesla, Lahkowski, andothers. At age 19, Karl began his graduate studiesin mathematics and physics. Several times, heinterrupted his academic studies to travelextensively. In the course of these travels, hegained valuable information about magicalpractices and the use of life force in many culturesand traditions and he met many gifted teachersand adepts on the subject matter.

During his stays in South Africa, Switzerland, Berlin,and, since 1974, the United States of America, hecontinued his studies, which he then rounded offwith general semantics, radionics, Reichianpsychology, and orgone physics. Shortly after hisarrival in the United States, he built his first orgoneaccumulators and conducted multiple experimentswith these amazing devices. It was obvious thatwhat Reich called orgone was the same form ofenergy that he had explored for more than adecade before knowing of Reich. In fact, a devicehe built years earlier following the plans ofKorschelt was an orgone accumulator. Korscheltcalled his device a “Solar Ether RadiationApparatus” — its plans are dating back to 1897. Mesmer’s barrels with iron filings, also built andtested by Welz years before he studied Reich, wereobviously the earliest orgone accumulators ofwhich we know that were built by a scientist withthe accumulation of life force in mind. Therefore,we can safely say that Franz Anton Mesmer hasinvented the life force accumulator one and a halfcenturies before Reich.

Soon he realized that orgone can be projected atany distance and that this projection followsstructural links. This is a fact that was evident topeople of all ages and cultures who harnessed lifeforce, such as shamans, conjurers, spiritualworkers, magicians, and healers. For this typetransfer he had to develop a mathematical modelthat accounts for this phenomenon. This modelalso accounts for many of the amazing

As we have pointed out in theprevious chapter, the psychic and spiritualdimensions are the basis of technologiesto act upon our inner and outerenvironments. The basic qualities of themetaphysical elements relate to oursensory experience and they are aprojection of this sensory experience intothe realms of finer density. Once weexperience these realms of finer density,we are aware that the concepts ofelements are generalizations that areconvenient for our work.

The four sensory experiences thatare at the root of the concept of the fourelements are: hot and cold, dry and humid.The pair, hot and cold, we refer to aspositive and negative. Dry and Humid werefer to as electric and magnetic. It is veryimportant that you learn the followingtable:

Fire and Water are the two primaryelements, opposite polarities, so to say.Air and Earth are considered to besecondary, or mixtures of the first two.This is a manner of viewing it, so see it asa convenient and useful mapping ratherthan “absolute truth”. In the following, I am going to giveyou a set of correlations for each element.These correlations will suffice for yourpresent work.

THE PLANES

The planes of existence correlatewith the elements. You should familiarizeyourself well with this model in order towork toward consciousness of One withthe techniques that I am showing you inthis course. You can see these planes as“higher” planes or as “inner” planes. As youprogress with your work you will come tothe insight that this distinction between“higher” and “inner” has only limitedrelevance. Oneness with the Divine willultimately elevate you into realms wherea distinction between “inner” and “higher”become meaningless.

THE MATERIAL PLANE

The material plane is the planewhere you find all that is tangible and whereyou find these things that you becomeconscious of. Each one of the higher planeshas a material component that becomesconscious to you.

For convenience we subdivide thematerial plane into two levels: the ethericplane and the dense material plane. Theetheric plane is the plane that contains freechi (life force) and free light energy. Thedense material plane is the realm that weperceive as such: structured.

Although we make such adistinction, there is no sharp boarderbetween the two planes, and we notice acontinuous transition. Free chi energy andfree light are only at the threshold of chaos.The more manifest these energies becomethe denser are their appearances. Also,there is nothing that is purely chi )life force)and there is nothing that is purely light,there is nothing that is totally dense andthere is nothing that is totally unstructured.The labels that we use are describingextremes that are beyond our existence.It is the mixture of the elements thatcauses things to exist while theelementalistic view of a “pure element” byitself cannot refer to anything that exists,in a similar way as space “and” time cannotbe perceived as existing individually. Thematerial plane is far more complex thanthe space-time continuum that modernphysics attempts to describe. Life energydoes not follow the laws of the threedimensional universe that we measure, butit has its own type of “space.” The maincharacteristic of that space is structurallinkage.

THE ASTRAL PLANE

The astral plane contains matricesof that which is tangible, or material. It isthe world of formation. The energies ofthe astral plane are of a more subtle naturethan the energies of the etheric andmaterial planes. It is a world of desire, ofemotions. A spirit that has the desire tomanifest dwells in the astral. For itsmanifestation a material focus isnecessary. A human being can direct sucha spirit to gain an etheric form. If amagician does that consciously we call itan evocation of the spirit. I have evokedspirits and furnished them with sufficientlife energy with the Welz Chi Generatorthat I invented. Consequently these“bundles of energy” could show their formon Polaroid photos.


We can also project part of ourenergy field into the astral world and travelthere. This way we can gain contact withentities (energy fields) without themneeding to materialize in an evocativeprocess. In this course you will learn toexplore the elemental realms astrally.

THE MENTAL PLANE

The mental plane contains thoughtsand mental matrices. These energies arestill more subtle than the astral energies.They relate to the human mind. Anothername for the mental planes is world ofcreation. There are two ways of lookingat our brain. Most of us are used to viewit as a generator of thoughts, very muchlike a computer. Another, equally useful,way is to view it as a sensory organ thatperceives thoughts.

THE CAUSAL PLANE

This plane is the realm of the will,the world of emanation. It contains thespark that brings things into manifestationby causing them to take the characteristicsof each plane that they pass through: firsta mental pattern, then an astral body ofdesire, and eventually an etheric or densematerial shape.

To be conscious of Oneness youneed to consciously align all four elementsand to be consciously aware of all planes.You bring your cosmic consciousness inmanifestation in the same way as otherideas finally manifest.

LESSON IIVery often in my group sessions I

can help students to align the elementswithin themselves without muchpreparation. This practice will ensure amore thorough result. This lesson and thefollowing lessons will help you to explorethe elements one by one. In the sixthlesson you will then bring it all together inyour experience of alignment of theelements within. In this lesson you willbegin to practice with the fire element, andbefore you venture into an exploration ofthe realm of this element by connectingwith it in the astral realm, I am going toteach you some of the preconditions thatmake such astral exploration a lot easier.

It is of great advantage if your setup an energy field of the element outsideyourself before you begin with the practiceof astral exploration of the realm of theelement. The center of this elementaryenergy field outside yourself (the outerelementary realm) is your working table,or altar. The altar has on it implementsthat help you connect easier with theelement with which you are working. Themore objects you have on the altar whichconnect with the elementary realm, theeasier your connection with the elementcan be. This is especially important forthe beginner in magical work.

The next step is to establish aworkspace within yourself. This workspacewithin, or inner realm, is the basis for yourmagical exploration of the elementaryrealms. Finally you connect these tworealms with the cosmic realms of theelement that you are going to explore.

In this lesson you will begin toexplore the elementary realms with thefire element. When you explore the otherrealms, it is good for you to go back andpractice the previously experienced realmsover again. This is a very good practice,because you will open up new

For the same reason it is to youradvantage to establish an outerworkspace when you practice withenergies of a higher order such as theelements. The outer workspace as awhole will take on the aspect of being acomplex utensil. It is a focal point for theenergies that you are going to draw in yourwork.

In your work with the elements, youarrange the outer workspace with thespecific symbols that connect with theelements. The type arrangement that youchoose will determine how easy it will befor you to draw the specific elementaryenergy.

PROTECTIVE MEASURES

Protection is good for any kind ofmagical work that evokes energies of ahigher order. Explorations of the elementalrealms are no exception. The main reasonfor protective measures in elementarywork is that these energies may becometoo strong for you to handle when youare unprotected. With the protectivemeasures you prevent the energies thatyou call from taking over after you havetriggered them.

One of the most common practicesof protection is the tracing of a circlearound oneself. Of course it is not thecircle in itself that protects. It is the intentthat you project into this circle. Therefore,just tracing a circle will do nothing. Youneed to trace the circle and charge it withthe idea of protection. You can set upsuch a circle by laying out a rope in circularfashion around yourself. Take a ropebetween 20 and 30 ft length. This gives

you a circle between 6 and 10 ft diameter.After you have put the circular rope onthe floor or ground, you imagine a spherearound yourself with the circle marking theposition of this sphere. Project life energyinto this sphere and at the same time youvisualize the protective qualities that thiscircle will have. You find more details aboutprotective practices in my course “magicof the future”, a course, which is the firstscientific approach to magic ever.

At a later date, when you will begrounded in your experience of Oneness,the outer circle will be unnecessary,because your Oneness with the Divinemakes you the ruler of the energies of ahigher order. At that point you will be fullyprotected by reason of your authority.

The Altar

For your work in this lesson, i.e., toexplore the realm of the fire element, itwill be of a great advantage for you touse several symbolic representations ofthe fire element. You put these utensilsonto your table, or altar, which you placeoutside your protective circle.

First you draw on the table atriangle. This triangle confines the spacewhere you allow helpful fire elementals tomaterialize. Charge the triangle with theidea of retaining the elemental energiesthat will manifest in it. Then put objectsinto this triangle that represent theenergies with which you are going toconnect. In our case, we are dealing withenergies that belong to the realms of thefire element. The simplest thing thatsymbolizes fire is a burning candle. Isuggest that you have always a candle nyour altar, when you decide to use fireenergies. To this you can add a smalltriangle, which is the geometric shape thatsymbolizes, or represents, the fire element.You can then add a wand. The “magical”wand represents your will. As you knowby now, your will is the manifestation ofthe fire element within yourself. Your will


connects with the causal plane, which toois a representation of the fire element. Ifyou are familiar with the Judeo-ChristianCabbala, you can add the Hebrew letterYOD.

You keep in your mind that, whenyou are aware of the function of yourouter realm, i.e., when you are tuned intoit, this outer realm will draw energies fromthe cosmic realms of the fire element assoon as you light the candle. When youlight the candle you may speak outsomething to the effect of drawing energiesfrom the realms of the fire element suchas “I am lighting this candle. Its flame willbring the energies of fire into this space.”A very powerful method is to establish acustom tailored mantra that will instantlydraw fire energies into your realm. Thismantra will be an individual one for you.You can establish this mantra with amantra generator, a new device that I haveinvented. The next thing you do is building uppower in your outer realm. See yourselfdrawing fire energy from the universe andprojecting it into the triangle. Here youpractice as follows: Have your left armstretched out away from the triangle, palmup. The right arm points toward thetriangle. Breathe slowly and consciously.Knowledge of breathing techniques suchas yoga or Rune yoga(www.runemagick.com) is a greatadvantage. While you inhale, visualize fireenergy from the universe enter your bodythrough the palm of your right hand. Whileyou exhale, you project this energy intothe triangle. You may give this energy ared color. Project more and more red intothe triangle as you keep breathing.Proceed until you feel good about theamount of fire energy that you haveaccumulated in the triangle. You know thatan accumulation of fire energy in thetriangle will enhance your experience of thefire element and the realms of the will.

THE WORKSPACE WITHIN YOU

Now that you have established theouter realm, you proceed to establish aspace within yourself where you can workwith the elements and experience theirastral realms. This is your inner realm ofthe elements. You will gradually expandthis inner realm and develop it until it isyour inner realm of Oneness.

With your imagination you set upan inner realm that has if for your purposes.You need to feel good in this innerworkspace. First you give this realm anouter form. You can imagine yourselfbeing in a clearing in the woods, a beach,a temple, a mountain peak, a cave, oranything else that you like. You canchange the looks of your inner realm atany time, whenever you have an inclinationto do so.

Next you imagine your realm beingsurrounded by a protective sphere, orbubble. This bubble will stay around youwherever you move in your inner realm.

ASTRAL TRAVEL

What you do next is to explore thevarious realms within. These realmsconnect with the astral planes. Yoursphere of protection will be very usefulwhen you start traveling in this realm.

In this inner workspace you areaware that you are the ruler of yourenergetic universe. You know that fromthis workspace you can reach the astraldimension of any energetic form, or realm,of the universe. Once you have establishedyour workspace to your satisfaction youcan begin to your work. In this lesson,the purpose of your work is exploring therealms of the fire element.

In thecase of the fire element I suggest that youimagine a flaming triangle in front of you.Imagine this triangle opening up like a gate.Move through the gate into the fireelement. You have your protection aroundyourself, of course. You seemanifestations of fire of all kind; perhapsfire elementals (Salamanders), etc. As youtravel in this realm, you wait forimpressions to come in a vision, soundimpression, mental shape, or in any otherform, or combinations of severalimpressions. Note carefully whatevercomes to you. Be aware of these innersounds, touch, visions, thoughts, etc. Yourmemory is stronger now than usual, andthis will help you recall most of these

experiences so that you can write themdown after you will have removed yourselffrom this realm. Some students like tointeract with fire elementals, orSalamanders. This type interaction cantake the form of a conversation, of atelepathic communication, or othermethod.

The main purpose of this experienceof astral traveling through the elementalrealm of fire is to get a good understandingof it. Once you have extensively exploredthis realm, you can connect with itwhenever you want to do so. Thisexperience takes the function of a utensil.It is a utensil, which does not have amaterial object as its focal point such as


the magical objects that you put on youraltar. It is a utensil that is anchored withinthe realm of your inner workspace. Youraccess to the astral realm of the fire is aflaming triangle or whatever other shapeyou like to use. Gradually you will establishmany such anchors, or gates, within yourinner workspace. In this course you learnto establish gates for the four elementalrealms. If you study other forms of magic,you can open up realms to the variousenergetic hierarchies: the Runeswww.runemagick.com, the planetaryspheres, the realm of various groups ofentities, mythological realms such asChristian saints, Voodoo deities, Egyptiangods, Tibetan deities, etc.

You can leave this realm wheneveryou feel a need or whenever you wish todo so. For the first time, your astral travelin the realm of fire (or any other element)should not exceed 15 minutes. Graduallyyou can extend the time of yourexploration to one hour. You need to knowthat it is not important how long you stayin a specific elemental realm, it is theintensity of experience that counts.

While you explore your inner realmastrally, you do this with the awarenessthat it is connected with your outer realmand that both are connected with the“cosmic” realm of the element.

BEING ONE WITH THE WILL

After you have explored the realmof fire, you proceed with the practice thatfollows. In this practice, it is not anabsolute requirement that establish yourouter realm. If you do decide to set up anouter realm, do it in a simple manner: Seta candle and the elemental triangle on youraltar.

Next you establish your inner realm.You imagine yourself being there inside acircle (bubble) that surrounds you. This isyour circle of protection. In front of

yourself you see a flaming triangle that isthe gateway to the elemental realm of thefire. The triangle also represents the fireelement and your will. Inside the triangleyou see fire in its many forms, liketransparencies one within the other. Youcan see some of the fire spirits, orsalamanders. You know that fire connectswith your will and with the world ofemanation. You are aware of yourstrength and that you are the dominatingforce of the energies of fire that are in youruniverse.

Now you repeat to yourself for six times:I am all will. Each time that you repeat,you focus on the fire in your inner realm.Next you say one time: I am One. Againthen you repeat for six times “I am all will,”then once “I am One.” Keep repeating forfive to ten minutes. Think the wordsslowly and attentively. Visualize them beingwritten, perhaps in flaming script.

End the exercise with a briefmeditation. In this meditation, wait forthings to manifest in your experience:feelings, visions, etc.

The water element is regarded asbeing the exact opposite of the fireelement. While fire is an expression ofvolatile light energy, water representscondensed life energy, or substance of life.

ELEMENTAL POLYGONS AND

CABALISTIC STRUCTURE

In the first lesson you becamefamiliar with the elemental polygons.When referring to elemental shapes, moststudents think of one of two methods tosymbolize elements. One set of elementalsymbols is taught in hermetic schools. Theother set refers to the system of thetattwas that are part of Hindu philosophy.

For our purpose, both sets ofsymbols are inadequate. We need a setof elemental symbols that represents theaspects of the four elements withinourselves as well as the characteristics ofthe cosmic elements. This set has to bean expression of the Divine name of YodHe Vau He. Therefore, the elementalpolygons that we are using serve as exactstructural representations that are evidentin the basic cabalistic principles. We canderive the basic cabalistic principles fromthe structure of the Solar system as weperceive it. Read the following carefully,because this will help you gain an accessto an understanding of the cabalisticsystem that you will not find elsewhere.

The zodiac has 360 degrees. These360 degrees refer to the approximately

360 rotations around its axis, or days, thatthe Earth completes during its orbit aroundthe Sun. This means that the Sun staysapproximately one day in each degree.

Twenty-four numbers divide thenumber 360 so that there is no remainder.These numbers are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9,10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 30, 36, 40, 45,60, 72, 90, 120, 180, and 360.

Two of these numbers are notfigurative. A figurative number is a numberthat corresponds to a regular polygon. Itis obvious that you cannot inscribe apolygon in a circle that has one or twocorners. You need at least three pointson the periphery of the circle to inscribe apolygon. Therefore the numbers 1 and 2are not considered to be figurativenumbers.

If you deduct the two numbers thatare not figurative from the 24, you have22 numbers that remain. These 22numbers are figurative, of course. Thismeans that each of these remaining 22numbers represents a regular polygon thatwe can inscribe in the circle of 360 degrees.Each of these polygons represents anenergetic state. Hence there are 22 formsof energetic states in the solar system thatare well defined. The Hebrew alphabetconsists of 22 letters. Each of these lettersrepresents one of the polygons, orenergetic states.

If we take a close look at the 22numbers, we recognize soon that all ofthem are composed of the four basicnumbers of 1, 2, 3, and 5. The number 1appears in all numbers. You can regard itas the unifying principle. The numbers of2, 3, and 5 relate to the “three mothers”of which you read in the cabala. Like thenumber 1, the number 2 is not figurative.It is expressed in the 4 which is the twomultiplied by itself, and figurative.

When the cabalist refers to threemother letters, seven double letters and12 simple ones, he means the following:


There are three elements above that whichis conscious (the earth element), theseven planetary principles, and the twelvezodiacal modifiers.

The three mother letters of theHebrew alphabet are Aleph, Mim, and Schin.They relate to the following cards of theTarot: the Magician, Death, and the Fool.They are the square, the pentagon, andthe triangle. The fourth element, earth, isin all other principles: the seven doubleones and the twelve simple ones. Itsrepresentation is the pentagram.

Double principles are represented bynumbers that you can divide by a double3, i.e., a 9. The exception here must be360, which is an expression of all.

Some systems of magic of theplanetary spheres ascribe a number ofplanetary spirits, or genii, to each spherethat corresponds to the number of itspolygon: 9 to the sphere of Saturn, 18 tothe sphere of Jupiter, 36 to the sphere ofMars, 45 genii to the sphere of the Sun,72 to the sphere of Mercury, 90 to thesphere of Venus, and 180 spirits to thesphere of the Moon1. The 360 relates tothe Earth, which is manifestation, notplanetary function.

If your intent is to align the elementswithin as a relation to the generalizeduniversal principles that they can express,you will do well to utilize the zodiacalpolygons that represent the principles ofthe elements with which you are workingin your quest for Oneness: The triangle,the pentagon, the square, and thepentagram.

These polygons are a perfectexpression of the Divine principle withwhich you identify when you are aligningthe four elements: The triangle is Yod,the pentagon is the first He, the square isVau, and the pentagram is the second He.It is interesting to note that the polygonwith five points is the first one that can beinscribed in a circle in two regular shapes:

as a pentagon and as a pentagram. Thisis expressed in the Divine name. The nameYOD HE VAU HE has two letters HE.Incidentally the letter HE is also the fifthletter in the Hebrew Alphabet.

THE DIVINE NAME AND THE

PROCESS OF MANIFESTATION

The Divine name as expressed in theelementary polygons is a perfectrepresentation of the world as weexperience it, i.e., a generalization of itsprinciples. Consequently, identifyingourselves with this Divine principle meansto gain control over the energies of a higherorder that desire manifestation.

The triangle relates to the spark thatsets things in motion. It is the fire element.Its correlate within ourselves is our will.In the cosmic realm it is the world ofemanation. It is the power to say the“there is” (“let there be”).

The water element is the oppositeof the fire element. It is symbolized bythe pentagon. The five is the secondfigurative prime number. The qualities ofwater are cold and humid, as opposed tothe hot and dry qualities of the fireelement. The water element correlatesto our emotions. In the cosmos it is theworld of formation. Water represents lifewhile fire represents light. Water and fireare considered to be the basic elementswhile the other two elements are regardedto be interactions between the two primaryelements. Water is desire to manifest thatgoes with all life. It is desire and formation.Fire is the (Divine) will to create.

The air element is interactionbetween fire and water. It creates thematrices that are necessary formanifestation. It structures, organizes,and adjusts. Anything that you intend tocreate needs a mental form thatdetermines its relations within the planes

Low Frequencies, MindMachines, and the LPOG 2400

The air element is dual,relating to both fire and water and allowingthe interaction of these two primaryelements in the process of manifestation.The square is a geometric shape that liesbetween the triangle and the pentagon.The four is no prime number. It is 2 x 2,the double of a prime number or a primenumber multiplied by itself. It expressesthe dual nature of our thinking, and alsothe organizing of all there is perceived intothe four elements, again 2 x 2. The fourrepresents the structural qualities of themental plane that we perceive. You cansee our mind as a sensory organ thatperceives forms in the mental plane. It isa sensory organ that brings order into themany other perceptions that we receive.The mind abstracts continuously from theprimary impressions and from primaryabstractions on the objective,unspeakable, levels. These processes ofabstraction are at the root of ourfunctioning in the environment.

The earth element finally ismanifestation that springs from theinteraction of fire with water. This isbeautifully expressed in the secondgeometric shape with five points in a circle,the pentagram. This shape is a pentagramthat is surrounded by five triangles. It isconsciousness that has organized thephenomena. Again the dual and composednature comes into being similar to the airelement, and in a more complex structure.

In a magical evocation you causean astral being to enter the world ofconsciousness (the material plane) fromthe world of desire (the astral plane) andto manifest there, usually on the ethericlevel. The evocative magician uses atriangle in which the astral being canmanifest. The astral being that issymbolized by the pentagon gains thequality of the triangle so that it can becomemanifest in consciousness. In the processof evocation the pentagon transforms intothe pentagram.

The earth element as symbolized inthe pentagram then obviously is thesynthesis of the other elements, or planes.Things have to be conscious to exist. Thepentagram contains the other elements.All elements are traced within the circle thatrepresents the universe as a whole,conscious and non conscious. Keep theserelationships in mind when you proceedto practice oneness with the Divine.

FIRE AND WATER

In the following you are going toalign the two basic elements that appearas opposites: fire and water. Theinteraction of fire and water is at the rootof creation eternal of things that becomemanifest and conscious. Be aware of thisfact when you practice.

THE WORKPLACE AROUND

YOURSELF

Before you are going ahead to alignfire and water it will be good to expandyour outer realm so that it includes utensilsthat connect with both elements, fire andwater. Before that you are going to workwith the water element by itself.

As in the previous lesson, you havea circle around yourself. The table isoutside your circle. Lay out a triangle onthe table. You may surround this triangleby a circle.

Put a cup with water inside thetriangle. Better yet is a wide bowl that isfilled with water. You can put the cup onan elemental design that represents water:the pentagon. As soon as you begin withyour operation this set up is going toconnect with the realms of the waterelement.


To boost this process you visualizeyourself drawing energy from the waterelement in the universe and to push it intothe triangle. Imagine this energy being blue.Proceed to do so until you feel good aboutwhat you have achieved.

THE WORKSPACE WITHIN

Your next step is to establish aninner realm that connects with the waterelement. Again you imagine being in aspace of your choosing. In front ofyourself you see a blue pentagon that isformed with water. This pentagon is yourgate into the realms of the water element.Imagine this pentagon opening up and yougoing through it to explore the realms ofthe water element. As you are lookingaround yourself within this realm you willnotice changes in your surroundings thatcorrespond to the water element. Moveyourself through this realm and explorewhatever you see there. Open up yourawareness to whatever will come to you,be it visions, sound impressions, feelings,and thoughts. At a later time you can recallyour experiences in the water element andwrite them down for your record. If yousee spirits of the water element, interactwith them. They may give you valuableinformation concerning your work with thewater element.

The purpose of this experience, ofcourse, is that you become familiar withthe energies that are in the realm of thewater element and to understand theoverall importance of this realm. Withpractice you can have this realm presentfor your magical work whenever you desireso.

Leave the realm of the waterelement whenever you feel an urge to doso. While you are in this inner realm, beaware that this realm connects with yourouter realm and with the cosmic realm ofthe water element.

BEING ONE WITH YOUR WILL

AND WITH YOUR EMOTIONS

After you have mastered bothrealms, the realm of the fire element andthe realm of the water element, you canproceed to practice the second step towardconsciousness of Oneness.

For this practice, imagine yourselfin the center of a circle, or sphere, whichsurrounds you. In front of yourself yousee a flaming red triangle. You notice thatthis triangle is an ever present gate to thewater element. In it you see many formsof fire, perhaps also fire spirits and anyother things that connect with the fireelement.

Now you mentally repeat to yourselfsix times:

I am all will.

You can imagine the words writtenin front of you in flaming letters. You canfeel the heat of the written words. Youcan imagine hearing the sounds of fire. Themore sensory imagination you include thebetter the results will be. Each time yousay “I am all will” you focus on your innerrealm of fire. Next you say once:

I am One.

Repeat this sequence at least threetimes.

Next you see a blue waterypentagon to your left side. You know thatthis pentagon is your ever present gate tothe realm of the water element. In it younotice water in many of its appearances,one within the other like three dimensionaltransparencies. You can also noticeUndines, or spirits of the water element.This time you will not pay them anyparticular attention.


Next you repeat mentally toyourself six times:

I am all emotions

You can imagine these wordswritten in front of you in blue watery letters.You can feel the coolness and humidity ofwater. You can imagine hearing the manysounds of water. The more sensoryimagination you include the better theresults will be. Each time you say “I am allemotions” you focus on your inner realmof water. Next say once:

I am One.

Repeat this sequence at least threetimes. You may interrupt here or you mayproceed as follows:

Repeat six times:

Will and emotions are aligned and One

Repeat one time:

I am One

Again you repeat this sequence atleast three times. Keep up the connectionwith the realms of the elements. You willfind your individual way of doing this.

It is O.K. to repeat more often thanjust three times for each sequence. Youcan also practice each section (fire andwater) individually.

After you have practiced the wholesequence at least five times, you are readyproceed to your next lesson.

LESSON IV

In this lesson you will continue withthe practice of the third element of yourpath to Oneness. This is the element ofair. As I have shown you in the previouslessons, the air element is symbolized bythe square. It is also represented by theHebrew letter VAU. This is a letter thatsymbolizes a link between the hot and dryfire and the cold and humid water.

The air element is hot and humid.It is interaction between the two principleopposites of fire and water. It structuresthe interaction of these two elements. Itis life-form of water that is expanded bythe action of fire into life-force. Earth, onthe other hand, is light energy of firecondensed by water into conscious matter.The air element is the structuring principlein this process of conscious manifestation.

From this relationship we can seewhy the mental plane, i.e., the world ofcreation, has always been considered asbeing “between” the causal plane ofemanation (fire) and the astral plane offormation and desire (water).

Before anything can becomecreated, conscious, or manifest, itemanates from the causal plane. The fieryDivine Will is at the root of anythingmanifested. Will interacts with the astralplane of desire, and a mental matrixemerges that is at the root of eventualcreation in the material and consciousplane. Before anything can becomeconscious, it takes on an astral matrix thatis shaped according to a mental structure,or pattern. This simple relationship is wellexpressed in the three “mother” polygonsof geometry: the triangle, the pentagon,and the square.

It is imperative that you becomethoroughly acquainted with the elementsand the corresponding planes in order to

achieve Oneness with the Divine. Onceyou have the key that is at the root of allthings conscious, or created, you can havea powerful effect effect these things withease.

THE MENTAL PLANE

With this lesson you will learn howto join and align three elements: theelements of fire, water, and air. Below Irepeat the key words for each one of theseelements:

Fire:Hot and dry, positive and electric,expanded light energy.Will, the world of emanation, or causalplane.The equilateral triangle.The Hebrew letter YOD in the Divine name.The Salamanders, fire spirits or fireelementals.The Divine spark that is at the root of allmanifestation

Water:Cold and humid, negative and magnetic,concentrated life energy.Emotions, the world of formation, or theastral plane.The regular pentagon.The Hebrew letter HE in the Divine name.The Undines, water spirits or waterelementalsThe formative potential of desire thatinteracts with the Divine will.

Air:Hot and humid, positive and magnetic,expanded life energy.Mind, the world of creation, or the mentalplane.The square.The Hebrew letter VAU in the Divine name.The sylphs, air spirits or air elementals.The creative potential of (mental)structuring that links the desire to manifestwith the Divine will to manifest.


Earth:Cold and dry, negative and electric,concentrated light energy.Consciousness, the world of forms, thematerial plane.The pentagramThe Hebrew letter HE in the Divine name.The gnomes, earth spirits or earthelementals.The synthesis of the other elements thatresults in conscious manifestation.

THE INTERACTION WITH FIRE,WATER, AND AIR

Fire, water, and air are the threeelements that are at the root of consciousand material manifestation. Mastery ofthe three elements of fire, water, and air,is a gigantic step toward mastery of thecreated energies of the universe. Onenesswith the Divine will give you this mastery.The four elements are at the energeticbasis of our Solar system. Mythologicallyspeaking, these elements create the Solarsystem with all its entities, or energies ofa higher order (HOE). Therefore it is nocoincidence that the letters of the Divinename are an expression of the fourelements in creative action, a worldformula, so to say.

The first three letters of the divinename are a very useful tool to reversethe energies of any attack back to its origin.This is so, because when you are masterof the three corresponding elements, youcan dominate any and all energies of ahigher order such as spirits, devas, angels,and demons.

YOUR OUTER REALM

Before you include the air elementin your aligning of the four elements, youwill expand your outer realm. You will

include utensils that represent the elementof air.

Again you draw a circle aroundyourself. Trace a triangle on the table. Youcan surround this triangle with a circle. Puta candle and wand into the triangle torepresent the fire element. Also includethe elemental talisman (a triangle) that youhave previously charged. To represent thewater element you put a cup with waterin the circle. Include the elemental talismanof water, i.e., the pentagon. For the airelement you put an incense burner insidethe triangle. You can add a dagger or asword. Include the elemental talisman forair, the square.

From what I have said in theprevious chapter it should be obvious bynow that the triangle of manifestation onthe altar (the large triangle) representsmore than the will of the magician (thefire element) that contains the spirit, orenergy, within this space. It representsthe trinity of the elements beyond thatwhich is manifest and conscious andmanifest: fire, water, and air. In manypagan mythologies, this trinity finds itsexpression in the Divine trinity that is abovethe world. You find this trinity also in theChristian mythology, since the Christianreligion is not much more than a“paganized” Jewish religion.

Since a god that cannot manifestitself is dead, there is the necessity tomake things created manifest andconscious. Even a spirit whom you evokeneeds to become your consciousperception. It needs to “materialize” insidethe triangle that contains it. With the swordor dagger, the magician has a dominanceover the spirit that comes from the planeabove the astral: from the mental plane.

After you have set up your altar, youcharge it with your awareness that thissetup is going to attract the elementalenergies of air as soon as you set the wholeoperation in motion by lighting the incense.

EXPLORING THE AIR ELEMENT

First, you establish your innerelemental realm. You see yourself in thisplace, surrounded by a protective sphere.This sphere will surround you for as longas you explore the realms of the airelement. To your back you see a gate inthe shape of a yellow square. Go throughthis gate and enter the realms of the airelement. At first you can perceive air inmany different forms of manifestation.Later new experiences will come to you.As you travel in this realm, keep yourattention open to the various impressions,visions, and especially thoughts, which youperceive. Leave this realm whenever youwant to do so. After closing the practice,write down your experiences that youhave in this realm for your records.

While you are traveling in this innerrealm, be aware that this realm is closelyconnected with the outer realm and withthe cosmic realms of the element. Theseparation into three different realmsis an artificial one that sees threedifferent aspects of one and the samereality.

BEING ONE WITH THE MIND

Again, set up your outer realm,charge it, and surround yourself with the

adequate protection. You notice theyellow square behind yourself and youknow that this is the gate to the airelement. Be one with this gate. In thissquare you notice many different formsof air, like three dimensional transparencies(holographs) one within the other. Youcan notice spirits of the air, such as sylphs,and other things that connect with the airelement.

Each time you repeat this sentenceyou focus on the realm of air as you havepracticed previously. You can visualize thissentence written in moving yellow letters.

LESSON VWith this lesson, you will enter the

realms of the earth element, or of theconsciousness. This is the realm wherethings become manifest. It is a synthesisof the other three elements. In the divinename YOD HE VAU HE, the earth elementis in the second HE.

As I have pointed out above, thefive is the first number that allows thetracing of a polygon in more than one way.You can trace a regular pentagon or apentagram. The pentagram, of course, isa pentagon with triangles extended fromit. This alone shows the synthesis of fireand water. More precisely, the earthelement is a synthesis of the threeelements that appear before manifestationoccurs: fire, water, and air. Earth isstructured, or cold.

Earth is the element of the materialplanes. You can say that things that areconscious are things material. This means,of course, that you bring the materialplanes with yourself when you explore theplanes that are not material. It is yourpenetrating consciousness that makesthese planes material. In other words: allplanes have characteristics of all otherplanes within themselves. There is nothingthat we perceive which would not havethis infinite complexity of the elements thatconstitute the phenomena. If you developan energy that you intend to materialize,you need to proceed from the elementsabove the material plane: causal-emanation, mental-creation, astral-formation, and material-form.

The material plane is the world offorms. This world of forms we can see ascomposed of two sub-planes: the densematerial plane and the etheric plane. Inthe relation between these two sub planes,again, you can see the four elements atplay. You find more information concerning

these interrelations in my course “magickof the future.”

EXPLORING THE EARTH ELEMENT

Before you begin with your practiceof aligning the elements, including theconsciousness or earth element, you willexplore the earth element by itself. Herea brief repetition of key words that relateto the Earth element. Keep these in mindwhen you practice.

Earth: Consciousness, the world offorms, the material plane.

The pentagram and the Hebrewletter HE.

Cold and dry.The gnomes, Earth spirits.Divine consciousness which is the

essence of manifestation.

THE WORKSPACE AROUND YOU

Before you include the earth elementin your aligning of the four elements, youwill expand your outer realm. You will nowadd the utensils that represent the elementof earth.

Again you draw a circle aroundyourself. Trace a triangle on the table. Youmay surround this triangle with a circle.Put a candle and wand into the triangle torepresent the fire element. Also includethe elemental talisman (a triangle) that youhave previously charged. To represent thewater element, you put a cup with waterin the circle. Include the elemental talismanof water, i.e., the pentagon. For the airelement you put an incense burner insidethe triangle. You may add a dagger or asword. Include the elemental talisman forair, the square. For the earth element,put the elemental talisman of earth, thepentagram, in the circle. Put a crystal inthe center of this pentagram. Instead ofthe crystal you can use a dish with earth.


For practices that go beyond the sphereof this planet, a tektite (meteorite) or amoldovite (a glass meteorite) is ideal.

In the previous chapter, I havestressed that the triangle of manifestationon the altar (the large triangle) does notonly represent the will of the magician (thefire element) that contains the spirit, orenergy, within this space. It does alsorepresent the trinity of the elementsbeyond that which is manifest andconscious: fire, water, and air. Torepresent the synthesis of the threeelements into the earth element, I suggestthe following set up: Put the utensils thatrepresent the fire element into the cornerof the triangle that is farthest away fromyou. Put the water utensils into the leftcorner and the air utensils into the rightcorner. Then put the earth utensils intothe middle of the triangle.

After you have set up your altar, youcharge it with your awareness that thissetup is going to attract the elementalenergies of earth as soon as you set thewhole operation in motion by lighting thecandles and the incense. As incense Isuggest frankincense or sandalwood.

To charge this outer realm for yourpractices with the earth element, youimagine yourself drawing energies of theearth element from the universe andprojecting it into the triangle. See theseenergies as having the color brown. Youcan also use the colors white or black.White represents the combination of thethree elemental colors, while blackrepresents earth as our mother: thewomb from which the forms are comingforth. This color connects with the firstmanifestation of consciousness at thethreshold of chaos.

Proceed with the practice ofprojecting earth energies until you feelgood about the amount of energy that youhave accumulated in this way. Thenproceed with the practice by exploring the

realm of the earth element in theworkspace within yourself.

EXPLORING THE EARTH ELEMENT

Leavethe realm of the earth element wheneveryou want to do so. After closing thepractice, write down your experiences thatyou have in this realm for your records.

Imagine yourself being surroundedby a circle, or sphere. On your right sideyou notice the pentagram of brown color.In it you see the gate to the earth elementand to the world of conscious forms. You


see earth spirits, of gnomes together withmany varied forms of earth. You mayperceive yourself as being surrounded bycrystals.

Repeat to yourself six times, in yourmind:

I am all consciousness.

Repeat once:

I am One

Keep repeating for at least ten times,and meditate. Then write your experiencesinto your diary. After you have practicesthis exercise for ten times, you cancontinue with the practice of the fourelements.

LESSON VITHE OUTER REALM

In this lesson you will deepen yourexperience of Divine consciousness. I willalso give you additional suggestions ofhow to expand your practice. You will workwith a very specialized outer realm thatwill help you in the deepening of yourexperience. As you continue with thepractice, you will internalize this outerrealm increasingly so that eventually it willno longer be necessary for you to set upthis outer realm.

If you proceed as I am going tooutline below, you succeed with ease inmaking the consciousness of being One apermanent attitude. Such attitude can giveyou dominion over the energies of a higherorder (spirits) that you will contact duringyour magical evolution.

You set up your outer realm in aform that reflects the alignment of the fourelements.

At first you trace a circle aroundyourself in which you are going to standor sit. You imagine this circle of being partof a protective sphere that surrounds you.As you progress in your magical evolutionyou will expand the characteristics of thisprotective sphere. Consequently yourpower in dealing with complex energies ofa higher order (spirits) will increase,especially when you are going to use thecommanding power of Divineconsciousness.

In front of your circle you have yourtable, or altar. The altar is your individualswitchboard that serves as a structural linkto the specific realms, or energies, whichyou intend to explore or use. In thepractice that you are going to do, youraltar, of course, has to be a structuralrepresentation of the aligning of the four

elements within yourself and an expressionof the structure of the Divine name.Therefore your altar will have utensils thatrepresent the four elements. Theseutensils should be arranged in a way thatreflects their aligning. You set your tableup as follows:

Draw a circle on the table. You canuse a cord or rope and lay out a circlewith it.

Inside the circle you trace anequilateral triangle. This is your triangle ofmanifestation. Leave enough spacebetween the triangle and the circumferenceof the circle for the utensils of the fourelements. Put one or two altar candlesinside the triangle. Two candles especiallyare of use to control and see the energiesthat you are going to connect with.

Inside the circle and outside thetriangle you put the utensils that representthe four elements. Put the elementaltriangle with the candle to the upper right.Put the elemental pentagon with the cupof water or wine to the upper left. Put theelemental square with the incense (anddagger if you like) to the lower left. Finallyyou put the elemental pentagram with thecrystal (or dish with earth) to the lowerright.

You can use this basic circle formany other types of work. In each casethis setup will represent your oneness withthe Divine.

Your next step is the charging ofyour outer realm with the energies thatyou are going to use. You do so by firstcharging the circle that surrounds you.While imagining this sphere that surroundsyou, you know that this sphere isprotection.

Then you take your power rod (ordagger) and trace the circle on the altar.You can do the tracing with your indexfinger that points toward the periphery of

Behind yourself you see an airyyellow square that is the gate to the realmof the air element. You see Sylphs andspiritual air as well as many forms of air.You have the awareness that you are Onewith your mind and with the mental forcesof the universe. You know that you areconnected with the mental plane, or theworld of creation.

You know that you are dominatingthese worlds, or planes. You draw theenergies from the four gates towardyourself where they merge. You repeatthe mantra “YOD HE VAU HE” several timeswhile connecting each of the letters with

the corresponding element as you speakout the Divine name. This strengthens yourawareness that you are One with the divineand that the energies of the universe areunder your command. Remain in this stateof consciousness for as long as you wish.Be aware that the Divine spark is withinyourself. Be aware that this your divinityis present even at times when you are notconsciously aware of this fact.

End this meditative state wheneveryou feel like doing so. You know that thisstate remains a reality for you in your non-conscious realm.
