Jupiter can carry out calibration on a wide range of equipments including wheel balancer, wheel alignement, optic-lazer-infrared alignment equipments, brake testers, pneumatic torque wrenches, air gauges, air compressor pressure safety valves, paint booth L/H temps,

All calibrations are carried out to tolerances laid out by each brand equipent manufactures recommendation rather than a standard figure. this way we can ensure all equipment is setup exactly how it was meant to be.

And all calibration are backed up with printed certification and high lighting the equip-ment readings from before and after calibration carried out. we also provide certified proof of yearly equipment calibration for ISO & TUV.

We undertakes garage equipments recondition such 2 & 4 post vehicles lift, wheel aligner, wheel balancer, tyre changer, air compressor, paint booth, spotwelding machines, vehicles body collision repairs machines, vaccum pumps, high pressure service pump, heavy electro pneumatic lifts, trolley jacks from a full overhaul or just a load test and calibration. All equipment is brought in to our equiped workshop where it is cleaned, stripped down and a full inventory of worn parts is taken.

The equipment is then send to our sand blasting depart where it is taken back to bare metal and primed.

Wastewater treatment is the process of removing contaminants from the effluent streams and runoff. It includes physical, chemical and biologi-cal processes to remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants. Its objective is to produce a treated effluent and a solid waste or sludge suitable for reuse or discharge back into the environment.

We offer clarification and emulsion-breaking programs for the API or CPI separator, as well as programs to more efficiently resolve the emulsion produced from the flotation of these separators. We offer exceptional secondary clarification programs for biological solids concentration and removal, producing concentrated solids streams for recycling or dewater-ing and clear effluent, suitable for disposal. Our sludge dewatering programs produce effluents that are clear enough to avoid overloading the treatment plant upon recycling, together with a dry, easily disposable cake.
