8 Consumer Behavior Trends to Watch for 2013

Consumers are changing. This is nothing new, in fact, it’s a reliable constant. This presentation was completed by simply asking some industry watchers their thoughts via crowdsourcing.

Three platforms were used including Twitter, Facebook (conversation started by Ted Rubin and Social Fabric, a private influencer network operated by Collective Bias. All ideas are sourced to their originator (like I could come up with these).

1. Showrooming

2. Multi-screen

3. Hyper-converting

4. Mealtime Whatever

5. Stories Win

6. Mobile Something

7. Make it Yourself

8. Personal Proximity

Showrooming
