HOW DO I GO?

• Located at Halaman York.

• Just below Sri York Condominium

• The conventional driving route from Jalan York then turn

into Halaman York followed by Medan York at where Sri

York Condo is located

• Drive along Jalan Air Itam on the direction to KOMTAR,

take a left turn right before Methodist Boys School. After

you see Malaysia German Society, take a right at the

fork, drive to the end of the road and Suffolk House is

ahead. Cross the bridge to reach the park.

HISTORY

• Located in the central part of Singapore

• Alexandra Canal is one of the upper reaches of the

Singapore River.

• Reconstruction of Alexandra Canal between Tanglin

Road and Kim Seng Road took place from 1997 -2008 to

improve the structural condition and to alleviate flooding

in the catchment.

HISTORY

• The deck also provides a vantage point from which the

public can have a clear view of the revitalised waterway

downstream.

• A 200m stretch of the open waterway near Tanglin

Road was decked over to create an interesting water

cascade and water play area.
