THE DREAM BEGAN 10 YEARS AGO!The Spectrum Organisation built a gym with the help of the wider community and volunteers!

A NON- PROFIT FULLY INTEGRATED COMMUNITY FITNESS FACILITY.It was designed to meet the needs of the community.

HELPING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIESEspecially designed for people with disabilities of any type, to come and improve their quality of life!

HELPING PEOPLE FROM DISADVANTAGE GROUPSA place for people who have been marginalised and excluded from society.

ALL OF OUR FACILITIES HAVE SPECIFIC FEATURES DESIGNED TO HELP ALL VISITORS!This is the Group Fitness room, which can hold up to fifteen participants.

SIX MULTI PURPOSE COURTS WITH ONE COURT FULLY COVERED!All of these courts have disabled access and toilet facilities.

OUR COMMANDO COURSE IS A CHALLENGE FOR ALL LEVELS OF ABILITY!

OUR PEDALMANIA ROOM IS A REAL CHALLENGE ON TWO WHEELS!The Pedalmania room is specifically designed for high energy exertion!

OUR MEMBERS GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO RAISE MONEY FOR OTHER MEMBERS AND FACILITIES!2010 Kokoda trail walk raised money for the Kokoda Wall. Exercise equipment that allows disabled people to use both cardio and strength equipment.

WHEN YOU JOIN SPECTRUM RECREATION AND FITNESS YOU DONATE MONEY !Money that helps people with disabilities find long term employment with the Spectrum Employment Service!
