    I. SN XUT AXETANDEHYT T ETYLEN

    I.1 Tnh cht ca Etylen

    Tnh cht vt l.

    Ngun cung Ethylene trn th gii

    Cng sut etylen trn th gii tnh ti thi im thng 1/2009 t 126,7 triu tnso vi mc tiu th tng cng 115 triu tn trong nm 2008, dn n tng d tha11,7 triu tn, tc l ngun cung hin cao hn nhu cu khong 10%. Trong nm 2008,6 nh my etylen quy m ln c xy dng ti Iran, Arp X-t, C-ot. Bc M

    Trong thi gian t nay n 2012, d kin khu vc Trung ng v chu s bsung thm 28 triu tn cng sut etylen mi, trong khi Bc M v chu u s ngca cc nh my vi cng sut hn 7,5 triu tn. Trong 5 nm ti, d bo t l vnhnh cng sut ti cc nh my etylen quy m ln trn th gii s ch t di 90%,vi mc thp nht khong 80% trong nm 2010. Theo nhng s liu t trc n nay,ngnh sn xut etylen ch bt u bc vo chu k li nhun tt nu t l vn hnhcng sut t trn 90%.

    Qu trnh oxi ha t trnh trc tip tip xc s c hi ca hp cht thyngn. Qu trnh c vn hnh theo nhiu kiu khc nhau, thit b ca hng wacker-chemie chuyn ha axetylen thnh etylen. y l nguyn liu u cho vic sn

    xut axetandehyt t nm 1962. Trong phng php ny st sunfat Fe2(SO4)3 cthm vo oxi ha thy ngn kim loi thnh Hg2+. Theo cch ny m bo nng

    xc tc hot ng axetylen phn ng vi dung dch xc tc ti nhit 90

    950C, dung dch xc tc c nng khong 30 50% c phun vo axetylen theomt con ng nht nh. kh thot ra t thit b phn ng c lm lnh, nc chnhv cc vt xc tc c tch ra v cho quay tr li phn ng.

    Axetandehyt v nc c ngng t trong thit b lm lnh, axetandehyt cuicng c ra bng nc t thit b hi lu kh, kh thit b ny c lm lnh n

    nhit 25 300C. Khong 8 10% dung dch axetandehyt nhn c, ngoi ra trongkh c ln N2 v CO2 c xem nh l sn phm ph caqutrnh. trnh s d thatch t kh ta ra bng hi nc,cn Fe2+ sunfat to thnh c oxi ha trong thit b tchvi 30% HNO3 ti 950C. Dung dch axetandehyt thu c bng cch chng ct phnon p sut 200KPa.

    II.2.3. Qu trnh Chisso.

    Qu trnh Chisso cng s dng H2SO4 v dung dch mui thy ngn sunfat lm

    xc tc cho qu trnh.Axetylen phn ng hon ton vi dung dch xc tc ti 68-780C v p sut 140

    MPa. S kt hp gia p sut v chn khng ti nhit thp qua tng giai onth lng axetylen cn dng l khng ln. Axetandehyt tinh khit thu c nh qutrnh tch v c chng ct ngay ti nhit phn ng. Cng nh trong qu trnhHoechst, cht xc tc c th hon nguyn khi dng HNO3. qu trnh sn xutaxetandehyt theo con ng ny khng cn tip tc hng Chisso Corp trong hnmt thp k ny.

    II.2.4. Nhng yu t nh hng n qu trnh hidrat ha axetylen trong pha lng .

    Dung dch axetandehyt 8 10% thu c thp hp th (7) cho vo thp tinhluyn lm vic lin tc (10). Axetylen thot ra thp hp th (7) sau cho quay trli thp hidrat ha (3). Phn ch yu (nh) gm dung dch axetandehyt v nhng sn

    phm ph khc nh andehyt crotonic cho vo thp tinh luyn (17). Phn nh thptinh luyn ta thu c axetandehyt 99%, phn y l dung dch nc c cha 1 t axitaxetic tho ra cng.

    Nhng phng php ny hao tn thy ngn, dn n gi thnh sn phm tng.Ch tiu hao tn nguyn liu sn xut 1 tn axetandehyt l:

    C2H2 680 KgHg 1,45 KgHi (3atm) 2,9 tnH2SO4 , HNO3, NaOH, FeDo thy ngn cn bc hi rt c nh hng n sc kho cng nhn v gy ra

    cc bnh ngh nghip. Vic ti sinh xc tc tng i phc tp, thit b lm vic cn

    Qu trnh c tin hnh trong thp c ng knh 1- 1,5 m v cao 6 10 m ccha dung dch xc tc cng vi nc axit i t di ln nhm tng dung lnghi axetylen.

Dng nguyn liu (4) kt hp vi dng tun hon (13) cdn vo ng (12). Hn hp axetylen v hi nc ny c a vo thit b nungnng (14) tng nhit ln 3150C, sau a vo thit b (15). Ti y tip xcvi cht xc tc trong (16) .

    Thit b chy dng cha etylen chy t thit b phn ng (2) c cha etylen v

    axetylen, sn phm axetandehyt vi hi s thot ra ngoi nhit 4250

    C ng(17), dng chy ny c trn ln vi hn hp nguyn liu v hi sch t my phun(6) ng (18), nc lm lnh ng (19) phi a vo lm gim nhit ca hn hp phn ng trong ng (18) xung 3150C l nhit phn ng ban umong mun. Hn hp (18) c a vo thit b tho lng hnh tr (20) a quang vo thit b phn ng (23), trong thit b ny c tip xc vi xc tc c nh(24) l canxi orthophosphat c hot ha 0,3% ng orthophosphat.

    Dng chy th (2) c tho ra t dng chy (23) qua ng (25) nhit 4250C

    c thnh phn tng t nh dng chy thit b (15). Nguyn liu vi hi sch ctho ra t my phun 7 qua ng (26) c trn vi nc lnh qua ng (19) v vo ng(27) c trn vi hn hp ra khi thit b phn ng (23) gim nhit , sau khihn hp gim nhit c dn vo thit b hnh tr (29). y c ng (30) thot cht lng ra khi thit b lng nc lm lnh trong ng (25) xung 315 0C lnhit ti u bt u phn ng.

    Hi bay ln t thit b tho khun hnh (29) theo ng (31) vo thit b (32). thit b (32) n tip xc vi lp xc tc c nh l canxi orthor -phosphat. Lng xctc mi lp thit b l nh nhau, mi loi cha 48m3 cht xc tc. Thit b tho

    khun hnh tr bo v khng cho dung dch nc i vo thit b (23) v (32).Thng thng trong qu trnh vn hnh thit b ny l khng cn thit.

    Dng th (2) tho ra thit b (32) nhit 4250C c thnh phn ca dng nhdng tho ra thit b (15) v (24). Dng th bin p ny qua ng (34) vo thit bun nng thit b (14) bng cch trao i nhit gin tip vi hi, trong ng (12). ng (14) dng th bin p ny c lm lnh ti nhit 2800C v dn vo thit blm lnh khng kh (36) v ngng t (37) c c vo thit b tch nhanh (38), kh lng c tch ra rt hiu qu. Qu trnh ny lm vic p sut 15 psi.

    Pha kh t thit b tch (38) c vo ng (39) vo thit b nn cp (2), kh cnn a qua thit b lm lnh trung gian (41) v sau vo thit b tch nhanh (43) tch lng kh. Thit b (43) c vn hnh p sut 50 psi. Cht lng c tch ra tthit b (43) c quay li thit b tch nhanh (38). Kh bay ra khi thit b (43) vothit b lm lnh hai cp cao hn hn hp kh c nn ti p sut 170 psi.

    Kh nn qua ng (46) vo phn on (47) ca thit b phn on (48). Mtphn cn li ca thit b ct phn on c np vi vt liu np ph hp nh yucu. Dung dch lng t thit b tch (38) c y vo phn ct phn on. Thit b

    ct phn on lm vic p sut 150 psi v ti nhit nh l 45 0C v nhit yl 1800C.

    Hi trn thit b (48) gm etylen, axetylen cha phn ng v sn phmaxetandehyt c a qua ng (52) vo phn on np (53) ca thit b b ct phnon (54). Thit b un si li (55) v thit b ngng t (56) cung cp nhit cnthit v lng lng hi lu trong qu trnh vn hnh thit b ct phn on (53). Thit

    b ny lm vic p sut 135 psi. Nhit nh l 250C v nhit y l 400C. Chtlm lnh ph hp nht l propan v propylen c a vo thit b (55) duy tr nhit

    lm vic ca thit b (53).Hn hp kh gm etylen v axetylen cha phn ng c tho ra th thit b (53)

    qua ng (56) ra ngoi. Dng hi nc c ly ra t y thit b (48) qua ng (48)qua ng (60). Mt phn nh lng hi nc ny qua ng (61), (19), (27) gimnhit ca dng cht lng ca dng thit b (15), (23) i ra v cn li l nc a rangoi ng (62).

    Tnh cht vt l.Ru eylic l mt cht lng, khng mu, trongsut, mi thm d chu v c trng, v cay, nhhn nc (khi lng ring 0,7936 g/ml 15 C), d bay hi (si nhit 78,39 C), ha rn -114,15 C, tan trong nc vhn, tan trong ete v clorofom, ht m, d chy, khi chy khng c khi v ngn laca mu xanh da tri.
