In this second workshop of the series, we look at whetherthere is a way to reach a win/win conclusion when handlingsensitive conflict situations and focus on how to bring amatters to a swift conclusion with as little discomfort aspossible. The session will cover:

- What is conflict- How to spot the tell-tale signs and behaviours inherent with conflict- Why conflict can be difficult to resolve- The importance of managing positions and interests- The different stages and typical path that a conflict follows- The 5 methods of managing conflict

The workshop is aimed at helping business owners, line managers and HRprofessionals to develop the skills and confidence needed to tackle conflictsituations.

As always, we hold an open surgery at the end of every workshop for attendees toask questions or seek advice on any burning HR issue they may need help with, sodo take the opportunity of a bit of free advice.
