The site is zoned E- Employment and is located within the boundaries West Central Neighborhoods Subarea Plan area. Multi-family is permitted in the Employment Zone District, however residential uses are considered a "secondary use" and can not occupy more than 25% of the total gross area of the development plan. Multifamily developments in the Employment district are subject to a neighborhood meeting and a Planning and Zoning Board public hearing.
